IM SOO EXCITED

In places where POP WEASAL is not playing and in places where the noise ordinance doesn't proclaim they have to shut up at a certain time, there will probably be more songs, there was last year for those who didn't have the Metal Master's tours, (i.e. Vegas) and others who did not have some many opening acts. Just depends probably on what is going on. Now, if I had a crystal ball, I would has chosen the Clevland gig had I ONLY known. LOL Still, I will enjoy the show and love every minute of it, and so will you my friend!

nothing from Painkiller? no Hell bent for Leather? nothing from Stained Class??? Do you guys think this setlist will remain the same throughout the tour? Im not complaining im just pointing it out....this will be my first concert and i cant wait to see them.
[spapad] Tuesday, June 30, 2009 8:57:56 PM
Going to be strange not hearing Hell Bent, but it 's time to give it a good deserved rest, just like the Hellion intro. I was glad Defenders opened with Love Bites, so I got to hear something dif at the beginning. Opening of the show looked interesting! Glad the camera man was so far away I could'nt really make it all out and now I did not open it full screen, because I would still like some suprise.

I won't miss a thing, no matter if the set is not perfect, Has there ever BEEN a perfect set that made EVERYONE happy! Imposible! I will be back at KK's feet and THAT is all that matters.  Last year I was on Glenn's side and now this year on KK's and closer to center stage, it's going to be a GREAT SHOW!!!

ATTENTION, LADIES AND GENTS OF THE NOTICEBOARD!!!
A member of the Q took pictures of the band at the Indianapolis show. I will post a couple of these pics in the Sinful thread, but if you want to see all of them (there's about 100 or so), take a look here:

YES!!! Victim of Changes is on the list!! No Hell Bent for Leather, though...that's a bummer. I love it when Glenn goes crazy with that tremolo in the beginning of the song... oh, well...

I'm surprised Freewheel Burning is there! Didn't think it would be added. Awesome song!! And Diamonds and Rust is electric? Heck, that's even better (even though I do like the acoustic version)!

Other than the lack of Hell Bent for Leather, the setlist looks good!!

I wouldnt call it a drag though. its a good version, its different. I like it.
[british.steel] Tuesday, June 30, 2009 6:23:51 PM
nope, im totally serious. I think theres just so much power when they swich from acoustic and do the chorus electric. Its just so epic. First time i heard it like that was on Live In London with ripper. I prefer it that way. Its just an opinion dont get too worked up about it.
[~ MG_Metalgoddess~] Tuesday, June 30, 2009 6:22:38 PM
I like the heavy version too myself.

[ygunz] Tuesday, June 30, 2009 3:28:30 PM

[british.steel] Tuesday, June 30, 2009 3:11:45 PM

But im very very happy to see diamonds and rust and rock hard ride free on the setlist. and definalty prophecy
[Sinner Rider] Tuesday, June 30, 2009 3:09:21 PM
Nope your not alone.. I agree.

I was really hoping for a bit more.. and a few more "older" favorites...I would lose united if i had a choice. I know its a great live song.. but still...

[ygunz] Tuesday, June 30, 2009 3:06:25 PM

[british.steel] Tuesday, June 30, 2009 3:02:16 PM
Nobody? Idk, maybe im alone on this one
[british.steel] Tuesday, June 30, 2009 2:41:15 PM
Heres what someone said the setlist was earlier:::::::
The Ripper
Victim of Changes
Diamonds and Rust
Breaking The Law
Rapid Fire
Metal Gods
Grinder
United
Living After Midnight
You Don't Have To Be Old To Be Wise
The Rage
Steeler
You've Got Another Thing Comin'
Freewheel Burning
Rock Hard, Ride Free
Prophecy

Nothing from, Painkiller, Angel Of retribution, Turbo, Stained Class, nothing from Hell bent for Leather!(theres more im just naming theones tht are in my mind right now). Does no one else find this a bit dissapointing?? i mean the setlist is great and i cant wait to see them but couldnt they have done a bit better on the setlist?
[B Dharma] Tuesday, June 30, 2009 1:35:54 PM
I am happy with the setlist and Rob's vocals but SINNER should DEFINITELY be in there..

That would make the set the BEST ever..
[HOT ROCKIN' METAL GODDESS] Tuesday, June 30, 2009 12:57:49 PM

! It is TRULY about the music for me, but hey, why can't a girl get a little eye candy at the same time?? First Priest show I saw was the Turbo tour and I've seen every album tour since except for Demolition. I missed seeing Glenn in his red pants way back when, but I've got tons of pics of him in them. This kind of makes me feel like I'm going back in time and didn't really miss it.

They may not be playing "The Sinner" for me, but at least Glenn is wearing his red pants!!! WOOOOOO HOOOOOOOO      and Rob is looking mighty fine too!  If only KK was wearing those lace-up leather pants........
[british.steel] Tuesday, June 30, 2009 12:29:23 PM
WHY ARENT THEY PLAYING PAINKILLER?!??!?

2 more weeks for me as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! \m/ \m/ !!!!!!!!!!!!

[HOT ROCKIN' METAL GODDESS] Tuesday, June 30, 2009 12:22:01 PM
I'm SO BUMMED they aren't playing "The Sinner"! I was really hoping they would in the States because they didn't play it last year during the Metal Masters tour here due to the shortened setlist. Everyone else got to hear it but us ! I really wanted to see KK wail on that song. But the setlist looks GREAT and I can't wait. Only 2 more weeks for me, WOOOO HOOOOO
[british.steel] Tuesday, June 30, 2009 11:45:27 AM
hahah spelling doesnt rlly matter as long as i can tell what your saying, well heres the story:

I find out that ACDC is finally coming to my town. and im excited, i tell my dad to get me the tickets for christmas because it was near christmas time, the cheapest tickets we could find were around 100 dollars. And my family isnt exactly the richest family ever, so we couldnt get the tickets and i was completely bummed. My friend said he would be able to take me, but a couple of weeks b4 the show his mom decided she was gunna be a bitch and she went to the show instead of giving the extra ticket to me. and i didnt get to see one of my favorite bands. who knows when theyll come next. But hey, i got JP to look forward to!
[heath44] Tuesday, June 30, 2009 11:21:25 AM
