Speaking of TV, I got a pleasant suprise last night as I was channel surfing. It was a show called The Who and Friends from the Royal Albert Hall for a Childrens Cancer Benefit. Among the artists showcased was Priest performing Hell Bent For Leather. About a buck and a half, I believe. I don't recall what I paid the last time I put gas in the car. As terribly embarrassing as this will sound, I do not always look at the price. I am really bad about that. The Princess gets on me all the time because I go to the grocery store and just buy things. I never look at price. Drives her nuts.

Well, IDK then... But I do know one thing. It has been scientificaly proven that the size of the car is in opposite relation to the size of the drivers penis. The bigger the car, the smaller the penis. And since N. Americans all have big cars... Well, the conclusion is that we have bigger dicks than you do. Case closed. [Show/Hide Quoted Message] (Quoting Message by Head banger from Friday, January 09, 2009 8:28:14 AM) | | Head banger wrote: | | probably not, since the distances are different, north americans drive further and have less public transport options, so probably spend more on gas. being more car reliant and spending so much time in the car makes the requirements different. | | _strat_ wrote: | | Well, that still means that you could pay half as much for gas than an average European does. | | Head banger wrote: | | remember, gas costs half over here. most cars are more thirsty. most now are not uncomfortable, and the higher seating alows easier entry and exit. | | _strat_ wrote: | | Ugh... Anyway, (another anti-yank rant incoming) why an SUV? Why are all yanks so crazy about them? Theyre thirsty, big, uncomfortable... Right? | | Deep Freeze wrote: | | HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And with 'bulk' shopping stores like Sam's Club or Price Club, the larger storage areas in the rear of some of those SUVs can hold a considerable amount of stuff without compromising how/where others are going to sit.
They are for the most part, however...not quite as fuel efficient...and when being controlled by lesser drivers, they're twice the hazard... |

The Mercedes 3 Series are nice. Problem is, the Princess has her son here and I am not too keen on kids (teenagers) climbing in and out of my vehicle. I do like a few of the new "muscle" cars. I am a horsepower fan. Maybe I will go that route? |
