I remember vacationing in yellowstone, there are tons of bison there, and their were people who would get out of the cars and jell at them to move, push at them, honk, just stupid.  these things out weigh some of the cars.  idiots.

I REMEMBER A FEW YEARS BACK ON MY WAY TO OTTAWA,WE WERE GOING ALONG THE 417 HIGHWAY, NORTHWEST OF MY TOWN AND ABOUT HALF WAY TO OTTAWA,WHEN TRAFFIC CAME TO A STOP TO ALLOW A CERTAIN FELLA THE RIGHT OF WAY...A BIG BULL MOOSE,JUST WANDERED OUT OF THE WOODS AND DECIDED TO CROSS THE HIGHWAY I GUESS,WE WERE ABOUT THE 4th CAR BACK,HE WAS A REAL BEAUTY,WISH I'D HAVE HAD A CAMERA,SO HE AMBLED ACROSS THE ROAD,LOOKING COMPLETELY BORED WITH THE SILLY HUMANS GAWKING AT HIM.A LADY IN THE CAR IN FRONT OF US DECIDED TO GET OUT OF HER CAR FOR A POSSIBLE CLOSER LOOK ...SO I OPENED MY DOOR TO SUGGEST FOR HER OWN SAFETY IT REALLY WASN'T A GOOD IDEA TO BE A PEST TO THE BIG GUY...IT WAS THE FIRST TIME SHE HAD SEEN ONE,SO I GUESS SHE DIDN'T REALIZE THE POSSIBLE DANGER...HE WAS PROBABLY 6-7ft. AT THE SHOULDER...YUP,HE WAS A BEAUTY.

Faro del Cabo de Hornos? I found a pic of it. Oh, and I believe its cold too. Its almost touching the Antarctic! Well, if Im lucky and I make enough money, ill probably go down there once! But thats what I say for every country... Ever since I loaded Google Earth, there isnt a place in the world that I wouldnt want to go to (well, maybe Iraq, for obvious reasons...).

There u would find a lighthouse called the same way, as a monument. The name is becuase it's the is the southern place in the world with people. Really cold.

...and then, of course...there's MY segment of NY where the motto about the weather is,  "...if you don't like the weather, wait a few minutes..."   and that's pretty much year-round.     Sure...we get some brutal winters and other brutal moments appropo to any of the 4 seasons there are...but Madonn'....I've never seen weather changes from city to city and county to county as I have since I lived in this region of NY.....it's unbelievable already.

Yes, I just checked it on Google Earth. I never imagined Argentina is so BIG (but then again, probably because we are so small...).

Now "Tierra del Fuego"... I dont speak Spanish, but I think that means "Land of fire", right? Sure look like an interesting place. Have you ever been there?

yes, that's right we are far away from the ecuator, but where I live, it doesn't snow, I would have to take a plane (or travel a day and a half, or maybe two in bus, and that sucks lol) to the suthern of the country, like Mendoza or Tierra del Fuego. We have many climates down here, in the south u can find snow, and in the north really tropical climates, really hot! I mean it.
For me to travel to the suoth of my country is as expensive as travel to the foreing, prices that only tourist can pay during winter.

Wow. Youve got some serious weather there. We only got like two snowfalls this winter, which looks like it will be pretty mild.

But yeah, its really a bitch on the roads. But the worse thing is when the roads ice over. Even salting them doesnt help enough.

LOL  Yes and the county I used to live in is Under funded this year.. ( same county my brother still lives in)

And you will get almost 2 feet of snow/ice ect on the road.. and they will take 5-6 days to come out to plow it.

He has a plow on his pick-up truck.. So alot of the time he and another guy will have to put the blades down, on the main road just to get to work.. LOL

He is supposed to get 16 inches of snow overnite, today!!  I dont miss any of that... and the employers expect you to be to work pronto! cant be late even,,, Now how is that poss??? when you have to drive through all that and the state doesnt even have the money to send out a snow plow so regular people can get to work... wheel drive doesnt  even work that well when the snow is so deep.
