I am half way there, I bought a new house, which is much older than this crapy 4 year old house, and therefore much quieter in the wind (they were better built then I guess). fixing it up, just need to sell this one. yeah, but I came home at easter. this is may. while I grant the point that I live in a place with unpredictable weather, I did not sign up for winds of 70 MILES per hour and snow. not now, not ever.

OHHHHHHH! You see that is where you screwed up my friend! NEVER go someplace warm and sunny and then return to a cold place, its enough to make you go crazy!
I visited Florida in January once for nine days. Sunny, 70's perfect weather. I was absolutely depresed to come home to 20 degrees and snow. Bleah!

that might be preferable to this. ah well, spring is only 11 months away. it was nice.... when I was in Florida!!!!

What? Someone has a case of the winds?
I find that insulation tends to trap it inside rather than let it escape. [Show/Hide Quoted Message](Quoting Message by spapad from Tuesday, May 04, 2010 4:28:51 PM)

Well, the steaks were good. About the only thing that went right. I rolled into the
park about the same time as the giant rain cloud. We found a gazebo so I decided
to fire up the grill. Just about the same time as the winds kicked up. I did have cover
so I thought it would still be cool. Man was it. The temps dropped and I was wearing
a tanktop. We had wind gusts near 50 mph so if it wasn't heavy or being held it was
blowing around. After we finished up it started to clear. It stayed chilly but the sun
came back so it was alright. We had some ducks walk up to us but of course we
forgot to bring bread. Good way to end a wonderful day. I did spend the day with my
wife though, the steaks were awesome, and the wife was smiling and laughing the
whole time so overall I'd have to call it a successful day. Peace! [Show/Hide Quoted Message](Quoting Message by Budred from Friday, April 16, 2010 10:09:42 AM)

alright so I am bragging. I make the best steaks on the grill. Never burnt,
always tender and always juicy and cooked all the way through. We'll take
some bread to feed the ducks too. We like to do that. Oh' and the whole time
playing Priest on the car stereo. Peace all!

Finally my copy of Sacred Reichs The American Way has arrived all the way from North Carolina. This album is awesome. Sacred Reich are one of the most under rated bands in metal. Saw them live in 1994 in Auckland when they toured here with Sepultura. Sacred were touring their Independent album and Sepultura their Chaos AD album. It was one of the best shows I've been to. Here's the vid for The American Way, cool song.
