A fine Sunday morning to you all. SO very good to see Necro again! My friend, I am so glad you are back! And I know what you mean about resting on Sunday. For me, Sunday is the best day of the week. I love it. It does not matter what kind of week I have, Sunday is always a day to relax and reflect. |

Good for her, Necrotist.
Seems like I've missed a fair bit this week- its been my schools production of Les Miserables. Six performances including two on saturday...
I was working backstage, costumes, makeup, more makeup (I appear to have dyed my fingers orange again) its been great but I'm not sure what to do with myself now its over. It is (was, even) my last production at school
But it was great by all accounts, lots of people saying how professional it all was and at the end I got a special thankyou from the cast onstage and a bottle of wine, which was so sweet- I'm going to miss school drama and music more than anything else there. |

Thanks, guys. Not the photo I am waiting to see (I didn't run with a camera) but one of me trying to boost those energy levels right after the race. Coming in the Pic of You thread.
The one I am REALLY waiting for is the one of me crossing the finish line. You know I ran with that Priest cross. Scariest thing was when they said no headphones as this is a Boston qualifier. GAAA!! Run without Priest?!? NEVER! Of course, I snuck mine in. |

Looking forward to seeing the pictures. Was a runner myself about 15 years ago. Shin-splints and back pain sent my running shoes packing, now I'm packing about 50 extra pounds (LOL). Did the half. 13.1 miles in about 2 hours. If I never say it again, HILLS SUCK! DAMN cold to boot! I wish they would post the times, though. Still nothing....
I lived, though. Don't send the ransom. I really hope my pic turns out at the finish line. I tried to make it special for my JP family! LOL! Edited at: Saturday, December 06, 2008 7:53:23 PM |

Well, looks like my hope for an upset is dashed. Two minutes or so remaining and we are down 28-7. Not that I actually expected to win but I did have that glimmer of hope! Has not been a great season at all. Oh well, always great to sit in front of the fire and watch my school get pounded....HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
