Okay. It's getting worse. I'll download it now...but if it doesn't work, I'll go after you Guido!!

I'll be back.

Well, that is a good thing, as my malware program has not found one iota of problems since, coincidentally, my MYSPACE loving child went on vacation with her Dad!
Guid, I'ld still like to know why my system works slower with Firefoxzilla.

HA!!!!!!!!!!!! Okay, okay...fine. I'll download it ASAP.

One more question: Should I uninstall IE before/after downloading Firefox?

Haaa! No. It is NOT malware and no number two. Firefox is the continuation of Mozilla (aka. Netscape?). Mainly for PCs!

Trust me on this one....you are using a WAY outdated browser.

Damn pop-up strikes again!! Sigh.

Spapad, malware scan says there's nothing wrong.
[Vaillant 3.0] Friday, August 07, 2009 8:13:50 PM
Checking malware, Spapad.

Guido...I'm still a iffy on the Firefox thing. Isn't that mainly used for Macs? Will it work with Microsoft?

OK, just one quick question Guid! Why, when I installed Firefox or what ever it's called has my computer run slower each time and the appelets here don't seem to work right for me?

No, it isn't the site, it is your computer. Specifically, the little java applet running to the right of the bar. As the name suggests, it is a basic "runtime error." VERY common.

My fix? Stop using IE as you should have done so years ago. Firefox has always been the choice of nerds and is also free. IE is a dinosaur, bloatware and runs slower then hell. Use Firefox. Free, faster, more secure and able to customize 1000x more than IE. Download, install, import your bookmarks and, voilá, problem solved.

Lemme know.

My sugesstion would be to get a registry cleaner program. I really think you have WAY too many processes running in the start up menu.
Of course I wont suggest one, because someone smarter than me probably knows how to pick that bit of software up free, where as I paid for mine.
Also check for Malware. I got a really good malware program free.

I've been scanning for viruses and spyware like crazy and my anti-virus program came out with nothing. I even installed the new Internet Explorer (even though I didn't want to), thinking that would help.

If ANYONE has a solution to this problem, let me know. Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I've had this baby for three years and I don't want to lose it just yet!

I think that's Guid's department!
The only thing I would tell you is to delete garbage that has snuck into your start up program.
Sorry that's happening to ya!

This pop-up has been pissing me off for the past week. Everytime I get to JP.com and post/backread, after a few minutes, I get this message and I have to close the page and start over!!!! I don't know if it's my computer's problem or the website's...and I'm REALLY hoping this isn't the beginning of the end for my laptop.
