Yes you have to have made an absolute fortune like Sir Elton John or Sir Paul McCartney. No one in rock who is not as such will be knighted. Actors get knighted easier, but still that is a tuff crowd too. Not many get Knighted. As for Criteria? I think it's just a lifetime of achievement and representing the country in a positive light.

I have more, but they're all a bit blurred- some drunk guy kept falling over on me, before telling me at some length what a great song Hell Bent For Leather was, and how I was going to love it (I kept saying 'I know it is!' to no avail). He then proceeded to stare intently at Rob for a few minutes before turning to me and going 'D'ya think 'es gay?'
Errr... yes?

Oh and about halfway through I was doing some serious screaming and hornthrowing, and Rob turned, caught my eye and the biggest grin ever stretched right across his face. I know it doesn't sound like much but I was so chuffed.
