We're taking the children out to get some summer clothing and hopefully a nice healthy snack (feckit, who am I trying to kid? lol I'm going to indulge in something a little on the unhealthy side.. like pancakes or well you get the picture.)
I love this time of year here, it just puts me in a mood that is so fantastic!

Fate paid the family back a couple marriages down the line with his decendants and Gave a beautiful Cherokee birde to My Great Great Grandfather McCoy (yes related to Those McCoys) and her quarter blood daughter married my Grandfather! So in a way the indians won, in a very small way over my Great's' wrong doing. Didn't say it was by much, but I little retribution was paid. My Great Grand was very beutiful too and had the most beautiful head of hair her whole life! Glad to resemble her.

Hey spa.......(lol!) No...it doesn't come in gel caps...and yeah it tastes bitter....if you actually mix it(the Grapefruit Seed Extract) in orange juice you can barely taste it!
But it is really good for your body and helps heal it faster.
I think I'll skip that remedy today as I don't wish to start the hurl part again. LOL
