No, it is clear. Tristina, you are copying from your harddrive and not uploading to Photobucket like I PMed you to do. Get an account there, upload the photo and do exactly what you did but post the Photobucket DIRECT LINK. All will be well then. Como te dije, sigo esperando, mujer.

Dawn, I am so sorry for your loss. Poor baby, I have to hope that the guy who ran her over didn't see her but nothing will make you feel better. Nothing does after losing a pet in this way.
I know what a true miracle it was that Yuda survived being run over. It just makes me so angry when people drive like manaics in a residential area.
You are in my thoughts and prayers x |

We just got the pets big bags of food and because we bought in bulk (15 kg bags at a time) they sort of ran low for a few days.. not starved, but Yuda has this fear of seeing the food container below a certain level, he also gets very nervous if there is more than a centimeter off the top of his food bowl (please note: he has a very deep food bowl for a kitty.)
Today when the food arrived I put him on the sealed bag because I know they can smell the food. He panicked and ran away then soon as I opened it he went beserk. Jethro was prowling around like he was high.
I filled up their bowl and the container that the food is decanted into and blissed out does not begin to describe the mood of the cats in the Draper house hold right now lol. Also, because the bags have not been put in an airtight container yet the smell of dry cat food is drifting through the house. I wonder if they think this is their version of kitty heaven? lol. |

I saw the most horrible thing today: We were on our travels to get some stuff done, anwyays. As we were driving (Craig was driving) I was looking down at something when Craig swerved sharply and as I looked up I saw a cat had been hit on the freeway. He swerved to miss it but it had already been hit at high speed by the car before us. We were in the fast lane.
Truly the most horrible thing I've ever seen. I've seen roadkill before but never an actual incident taking place. The poor cat looked so shocked. Craig tried to put my mind at ease by saying that the cars behind us had definitely gone over it so it died fast. If he wasn't with me I would have probably done something stupid like stopped and tried to pick it up and save it or something. Not that it ever stood a chance.
I feel so traumatized by this. I love all animals but I'm a cat person especially. I keep seeing the little thing's face in my mind. Poor baby. I hate this.

Seeing an animal get hit does shock you. Unfortunately I've seen more than a few. The worst was driving down the interstate and two police were pulled over to cull a dear who had been too injured to make it out of the 4 lanes. It was thrashing about in the median and as I drove by I witnessed the policeman train his gun on the poor dear and fire. It was the most humane thing to do to it, as it was suffering from it's hind legs being broken, but It left a image in my mind I will never forget.

He came here Saturday and fit in so well just like he has been here forever, very friendly love to give kisses, but his breath smells so bad, I tried bushing his teeth, but that is one thing he hates, so if anyone has ant suggestions.

What a sweety!
Yeah, most definitely the greeny bars, they really work a charm and the doggies love them. Like Spa says aswell, avoid wet food and leftovers. You could also take him to the vet for a check up to see if he has any decaying teeth (possible due to neglect from his previous home).
I still cannot come to terms with the fact that people get pets and just abandon them like they're pieces of garbage.. freaks me out way too much.. Scary part is do these people have children and if so, how are they treating them? AWWW!!! He's a cutie Momo! Best thing to do is avoid wet dog food like the plague ( my Lucy eats the Walmart equivalent of Beniful and loves it!),
and give the baby lots of chew sticks and milkbones!
Believe me, Lucy's teeth looked completely yellow with black plaque at their base when I got her. Now they sparkle like the young dog she is! Gidget, the famed Chihuahua who appeared in Taco Bell ads, died Tuesday at the age of 15.
Karen McElhatton, Gidget's owner, tells Usmagazine.com the dog was with her trainer, Sue Chipperton, watching television when she began making "strange noises" and suffered a stroke.
Before the dog's death, "She had a good day and was running around as normal," McElhatton tells Usmagazine.com. "We're happy that she was very well off right until the end." |

I"m so glad he's home. I bet his brother must be pretty pleased too?
If his tummy is upset or you are worried abut him eating try some boiled chicken or plain boiled fish (not tinned). As long as it's boiled or nuked in the microwave it should be very gentle on his tummy. I know this is very stressful for you and you must be worried sick but please keep positive. I've learnt that positive thought can move mountains. Yuda was supposed to be dead, crippled or missing a limb. And just look at him now!
You would never have guessed that he'd been through so much.

I had to sit with him this morning to make sure he ate breakfast, which he ate most of, and promptly threw up again. I would't rule out him eating something funny. Both our cats munch on grass (as cats often do LOL!) so he may have eaten something he thought was grass but wasn't. I'll bring that up with the vet as a possibility. Pets? Yes. Our family's got 'em.
1 Dog - a 3-legged Husky we picked up from the Humane Society. His name is Jinx and he was hit by a car, then turned over to the Humane Society who did the amputation. He's a great dog - although he's a big sissy when it comes to storms and people yelling (not necessarily at him).
3 Cats - a White w/tan spots DSH boy cat named Cheyenne that we got from someone who was allergic, a brown/black tiger striped DSH girl cat named Maisy that we adopted from a rescue organization (poor thing has no front OR back claws), and our newest animal, an all black girl long haired cat named Cindy who is still adjusting to life with a house full of pets.
1 Ferret - an albino (white fur, red eyes) named Pinky, for the infamous Pinky and the Brain (NARF!). Pinky's a great player around the house and ferrets are a load of fun to have around. Now if only he wouldn't mess in corners from time to time... *sigh*
And 1 Leopard Gecko named Stripes, who chows on crickets and sits in his cage a lot. |
