If you're referring to the Fight picture I only did that to have Rob's autograph appear right

My four favorite picks!
White Priest from Ian Hill, black one from Glenn Tipton!
Both Black Sabbath picks from Tony Iommi.
No disrespect to Lemmy, I love Motorhead.
I saw them live 8 times and have at least 15 discs.
My wife loves them also. I used to find that strange. I would be like..
"Baby, what do you wanna hear?" and she would say "Motorhead!"
I'd be like "Which one?" and she would say "Orgasmatron!"
Orgasmatron? Hmmm...
Maybe I answered my own question.
We'll try a question today that I think everyone(guys/gals) can respond to.
I was listening to Motorhead and couldn't help but think of Lemmy.
The epitome of Rock -n- Roll. Long dirty hair. Probably unbathed for weeks.
That bubble on his face...
The question that came to mind was...
What do you think Lemmy's "GROUPIE" scene is like? and or is there a Lemmy "GROUPIE" scene?
...Just wondering...
(have fun with it)

Bud, I've petted stingrays before, but it was at the Ripley's Aquarium in Gatlinburg, TN. They feel really cool. Kind of slimy but with texture too. I can see what you mean
about the way they eat as that is the way it looked while the diver was feeding them. Baby sharks in the tank too, only we were not allowed to pet them, nor did I have
the desire to. Lucy's teeth are enough for me. lol

Haaa! Well...to paraphrase Mötley Crüe: I've never skydive(d) naked from an AEROplane! LOL!
Brings back a funny memory, though. I did do a thirteen story bungee jump once. They had a crane set up right next to the Renaissance Center (big glass building, Freeze!) outside a nightclub / bar that was docked in the Detroit River. Well, as it separates Canada from the US, it is technically international waters and the risk-takers making the jump were jumping out over the water. Canada had a major problem with it due to liability reasons. While we had to sign away our rights in case the bungee broke, the agreement wouldn't hold up should we (or whomever came to collect the corpse!) decide to sue Canada.
Easy fix. They moved the crane so we jumped over the concrete parking lot!
Believe it or not, the sucker DID snap about a week later and the guy actually lived. Number of broken bones but he lived. [Show/Hide Quoted Message](Quoting Message by Budred from Tuesday, March 02, 2010 6:26:08 AM) Edited at: Tuesday, March 02, 2010 1:08:33 PM

LOL Hellrider! I guess that movies scared an entire generation for life! HA!!
Lucy's teeth are enough for me. lol [Show/Hide Quoted Message](Quoting Message by hellrider 31038 from Monday, March 01, 2010 3:01:45 PM)

Just stingrays thank goodness. That spot was pretty cool. It was a few miles off shore on a sand bar.
The water was only chest high. We fed them squid by hand. When they eat it's like a vacuum(literally).
When I first jumped in the water one stuck to my chest trying to feed. It scared the crap out of me. I was
taking steps backward and trying to (gently)pry it loose. Finally it let go. Once you got used to them
brushing up against your legs it was a pretty awesome experience. I don't know if it's true or not but they
tell you that's the only place in the world where you can get in the water and interact with stingrays like that.

Oh' no, I'm staying out of that one. I left a comment in there defending him
and then today I read some of his posts. I understand the anger but didn't like the comment
to spapad after the story about her dog. I also see him doing what I did but to a much greater extent.
I left him a couple of PM's telling him I felt bad about the way he was getting pummeled. I felt like I may
have encouraged him so I PM'd him again suggesting he just ignore you guys and go on with his thread
and maybe things would change. I read his posts tonight from earlier and now I wish I would have stayed
out of it. I don't want to be two faced to him and I don't need enemies so I'm staying out of that one. When
he went to the other thread to post comments to you guys I saw that as antagonistic. Had he stayed in

trying to cause trouble. Either way I want no part of it. [Show/Hide Quoted Message](Quoting Message by HOT ROCKIN' METAL GODDESS from Sunday, February 21, 2010 8:03:22 PM)

I needed in. Boredom and frustration were setting in which leads to me doing dumb things.
The last couple of days I found my self leaving nonsensical messages and we all know
how well that goes over(LOL).
Nonsensical(Is that a word and or spelled correctly?)(Freeze?)
Thanks again to the two above.

Oh my pleasure, man! Sadly, internet sites are rarely a good representation of the mass populace. They tend to draw more "like-minded" people to one area. Nonetheless, I agree that it is somewhat encouraging to see more and more young folks finally "getting it".
[Budred] Saturday, February 20, 2010 10:18:31 AM
Agreed. The open minded thing came from how many young people like the old stuff.
If you ever go to lastfm checkout the Priest page. You would be pleasantly surprised
at the number of young people who support your opinion. Thanks for the response.

Of course I have an opinion! If you have not noticed, I tend to have an opinion on everything!! HA!!!!!!! Having said this; When I was a young lad, I ran with a group that believed ourselves "Oh so far above" the mere mortals that listened to popular music of the day. We felt that we, and we alone, knew what was truly "great" music and what was simply popular drivel. We gravitated to the more "progressive" and technical side of music ..the likes of Emerson, Lake and Palmer, Yes, King Crimson, early Genesis (with Gabriel) and whatnot. Our "heavier" tastes were the local bands and, of course, early Priest and Sabbath, Deep Purple, MC5, etc. When we pulled out Priest music, it was completely unheard of and we liked it that way. We felt we were the innovators and trailblazers of our time.
Personally, I do not think that the youth of today, by and large, are "open minded". I think that the vast majority of them are morons in a musical sense. If you look at what passes for "music" today, you find garbage. Synthesized vocals over pre-recorded "samples" (stealing real musicians material) and half-dressed "dancers" writhing around behind them. That is just NOT music to me. Is there talent there? Certainly. Some of it, anyway.
I am encouraged by most of the youth we have here on our Board and their friends. They at least appreciate the difficulty in actually writing and playing music. They see past the nice looking people that claim to be musicians yet cannot actually play anything. They know what it takes to actually write a song. Sadly, they are a minority. So to answer your question, no. I do not think that the majority of today's youth are open minded when it comes to music. I think they are brainwashed drones that are following trends and have NO concept of MUSICAL talent.

The obvious comment would be "It's because new music sucks". I like (some) of the new music so I'm
not sure that's the case. It seems as though today's youth may be more opened minded.
Anyone have an opinion on this?

I see it the same way I do any other "celebrity news", it's really not interesting to me in any way. I don't like golf. I don't like "Tiger". Couldn't care less who he is "boffing". Makes no sense for me to worry about it because I get nothing out of it. No different than Tom Cruise or Brad Pitt or any of the others. They are all "gettin' some" but it has NO effect on me or my private goings-on.
Now, the people that actually care about it, that's another story. They spend five bucks on a cheesy tabloid magazine and continue to perpetuate the demand for pictures and gossip about people that , for reasons unknown, fascinate them. Sure they are quite thrilled that this guy got on TV and interrupted regular programs to admit to fooling around. Woo hoo.

Personally I couldn't give a rat's ass. Also, if that's how he
chooses to live his life he shouldn't have to apologize for it. He just shouldn't be married.

Well when you have that much money you could theoretically do what you want BUT it is not a good thing in most cases. He should really try and reconcile with his wife (although honestly it probably won't save the marriage.). These events will be the punchline for Tiger for a long time. I would like to see a recreation of one of their first tours. I've seen most everything since Point of Entry.
An original set list from Sad Wings would probably be the ultimate for me. Maybe Sin After Sin
just to give them more material.
Let me know what you think. Peace!
