Maiden rock. I go running everyday and the best stuff to pound the streets to is Maiden, especially Seventh Son and Somewhere in Time - truly the golden years.

I saw Maiden in Regina last night.  These guys sound fantastic and there is all of the spectacle of their shows of the 80's.  They have a couple of contests for fanclub members.  I won the Heaven Can Wait contest where fans get to sing along with the band.  An extreme thrill! Bruce took a spill on stage and injured his knee.  He finished the show quite hobbled.  He laughed it off saying he will be a peg leg in Winnipeg for tonight's show.  You probably don't need to take it from me, but if you get the chance to see this tour, DO IT!

That is so cool!!! You're gonna have a great time with your son!

When I saw Maiden last month I couldn't believe how many fans had their kids with them...just rocking out!
And everyone was so nice to each other and looking out for one another.

It reminded me why I love metal–the greatest people you'll ever meet!

I feel the way you do.  Isn't life great when you can see the two best bands in the world. The bands you adored in the 80's are still rocking out hard in 2008. The cool thing is I am taking my son to see Maiden on Wednesday.  How cool is that that he likes the same music?  He can even play some of it on guitar.  I NEVER tire of hearing it.

Just went to see Chemical Wedding, spent the whole bus journey back explaining all the maiden song title references to my mate- now he thinks im a wee bit weird- shame on him for not noticing earlier!
A brilliant film, very OTT. Bruce should be proud.
(30 days till Twickenham!)

Bullet, it will be worth the 24 year wait.  Trust me.  Can't wait to hear your review.  I am seeing them a week from tonight!!

Seeing them on Sunday.  My parents didn't let me see them the first chance I got.  I'll see if it will be worth the 24 year wait
