Actualy, that is Tyrion Lannister, a character from George R.R. Martins fantasy series A song of Ice and Fire... And the reason why I posted his pic is that he is a very devious little character. Dwarf, ugly as hell, but has a lot of wit, and he is really smart, so he gets out of most shit with the best result, while other, more appealing characters get killed, maimed, or have any other terrible thing done to them.
