Divorce is allot like a Survivor series sometimes. With the "Cool" uncle or aunt getting "Voted out". Then you stuck with the same old same old!
[Deep Freeze] Sunday, October 12, 2008 3:14:27 PM
I can remember being the "rocker" nephew. I had a "cool" uncle that played the Doors for me all time but, of course, he and my aunt divorced and I was back to Andy Williams...Mooooooon River     HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
[joedraper] Sunday, October 12, 2008 2:54:56 PM
Ha! nothing saves the day like rocker nephews! lol

I spent the day trying to bribe Zoey to get off my drums.. She's really into them and her and her brother were fighting over who's turn it was to play. I must say, for toddlers they did manage to get out some pretty good beats lol.

I must agree! It was more than fate! And our seats (for me) were perfect! I really enjoyed meeting you and your husband and I am glad you enjoyed your time here in Vegas. That weekend was such a wonderful time for me. It was just awesome being with everyone. Please thank Colley for me. I appreciate your kind words regarding our music. I wish you guys could join us, too.

Well, you know what?

I still can't get over how we met you before the JP concert in Vegas, and then found out our seats were right next to each other.  Providence... sometimes, you're just where you should be.  We loved Vegas!!!  It was surprising to us, as we really didn't think it was 'our cup of tea' -- but... hey, not too often these days that we are up until 7am!   (It's only 7 degrees there, btw... pretty cold for you folks?)

Colley says "hi".  He likes your band, and is pretty impressed with your singing, btw.   Wish we could be in NY for December...

Much appreciated but no need to fret! I have learned to deal with it, as you saw when we met last month. I work out every morning for strength and take my medicine  and fight my way through the bad moments. All in all, I am lucky. There are SO many people that are far worse than I am!!!

Good to see you too, Freeze.
And I'm so sorry to hear about all your all-consuming pain!
Hope your day gets better...  take it easy.  It's Sunday -- and sometimes, "doing nothing, is doing something!"  (I love that one...)

Victoria, my dear!!! So very good to see you.
[WhiskeyWoman] Sunday, October 12, 2008 10:35:06 AM

Egads!  (Not into JP...!?)  ... Who do you go to concerts with?

I thought part of the vows included, "...and may you forever bang heads together in heavy metal rhythm!"  Huh...

The vows do not, however, say "... and may you scroll thru threads of half-naked chicks that look better than you, slowly..."  Don't recall that one... nope.

[Deep Freeze] Sunday, October 12, 2008 10:13:26 AM
I am so sorry HB! I completely missed your response. Yes, it was early for me but my darn back usually has me out of bed by 4 or 5 AM everyday. The Princess and I went out and bought a new, "Posturepedic" bed that has helped a lot but I still cannot sleep much past 5. Taking pain medication also affects my sleep since I tend to feel sick without it. By the wee hours of the morning, my body is in full "withdrawls" and I have to get up and take a pill. Pathetic really but that's my life now.

damn neibour woke me up.  early for you too, no?

You are welcome. If you shove the cheese stick up the slot drive, it would be the equivalent of shoving said stick up your sinuses. Painful, indeed.

Now, human. I must go. My circuits are on the verge of overheating from so much use. Goodnight, my good friend. Until next time.
