Morning Becks (evening time for you by now lol)
I hope that you and all your family are safe with the tsunami.. I must admit, when I hear of natural disasters such as these I do tend to get very nervous for those who are in the direct firing line.
Hmm.. I've had a wee break from drumming too, I've just been so busy with kids etc and had to take a short break but today is the day I pick my sticks up again.. I can feel it in my blood lol. [Show/Hide Quoted Message](Quoting Message by Becks from Tuesday, September 29, 2009 8:00:19 PM)
I never believed in Matea, untill today. Although I've been reading a work of fiction, which at times I've been disappointed in as I had "figured it out" before the big reveal.
This next entry is something I find very interesting. Do with it what you will: Our minds were Created in the image of God. This is the great gift, and God is waiting for us to understand it. Alll around the world, we are gazing skyward, waiting for God.... never realizing that God is waiting on Us. We see ourselves as helpless sheep buffeted around by the God who made us. We kneel like frightened children, begging for help, for forgiveness, for good luck. But once we realize that we are truely created in the Creator's image, we will start to understand that we , too, must be Creators. When we understand this fact, the doors will burst wide open for human potential.
Just a late night thought from a bookworm. One I find as refreshing as what DF said a few weeks ago. Enlightenment.

Ahhh yep, top story on our main news site, apparently a 1 metre high tsunami is due to hit later today. There's estimated 'arrival' times on this site too, it's due to hit it's first place in about half an hour. Hopefully it is only 1 metre high! Civil defence has mobilised, and nearly all of my family lives in land, so they'll be fine.

How are you my good friend? Well, our Sunday is just about complete, drifting into the evening here in deepest, darkest Africa lol.
This is a wonderful time of year! It's been a tad on the cold side today but weather never gets me down, I'm usually just so sickeningly happy to be alive lol.
Today, I'm learning how to microwave food and for it to still come out sort of edible lol.
What's the new project going to be Freeze?

GOOOOOD Morning!!!!!!!!!! Sunday at last!! All geared up for a great day. Dodgers early and, of course, football. My boys in Blue assured themselves a post season spot last night with a victory over Pittsburgh so all is well in Freezeville. Still working diligently on the new music and the Princess is starting to get excited for the holidays. Great time of year, I think!

I am well, my dear! Thank you. Sunday has always been my favorite day of the week, especially when I was still working. I love Sundays! I have a full slate of sports to watch and usually do something special for dinner. I have a nice pork loin and some fresh vegetables ready for the crock pot!! Should be tasty!
The new "project" is not really so much a project as an actual act. Johnn and I (Hells Salvation project) joined an established act and we are currently writing and doing all the things you do in preparation for an album and live show. All very exciting and time consuming but....well, I have A LOT of time! HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When we have something worth hearing, I will let you know! Joe, Please box that summer weather up and send it back to me! I was robbed of a summer this year! LOL
The sun is up, weather looks promising and it's saturday!
We're taking the children out to get some summer clothing and hopefully a nice healthy snack (feckit, who am I trying to kid? lol I'm going to indulge in something a little on the unhealthy side.. like pancakes or well you get the picture.)
I love this time of year here, it just puts me in a mood that is so fantastic!

(well it's morning in Africa lol)
The sun is up, weather looks promising and it's saturday!
We're taking the children out to get some summer clothing and hopefully a nice healthy snack (feckit, who am I trying to kid? lol I'm going to indulge in something a little on the unhealthy side.. like pancakes or well you get the picture.)
I love this time of year here, it just puts me in a mood that is so fantastic!
