I don't remember ever having seen the film.
Lord knows that I have a good mind for useless trivia! LOL!

I haven't known any of them.
You could take another line from the same movie and I wouldn't know it.

My guess is no one knows or no one cares.

"Dirty Mary, Crazy Larry"

hint...1969 light green Dodge Charger w/ black side racing stripe.
( My very first favorite movie car, ... the 69' Charger is still my favorite car.)

I think this was one of my first favorite movies.
I saw it recently, not as good as I remembered, but still cool.
(  ...this one would make for an awesome remake)

"Well,    ... do you know what happens when someone like me gets off to a bad start?"
"Not a goddamn thing"

Ah, how nerds such as I love that film!
What brought it to mind was remembering the "General's" role in "No Country for Old Men." I saw that film for the first time only recently and said to myself, "Self, that guy at the end looks MIGHTY familiar" but I couldn't place him. A quick IMDB search and I wanted to kick myself for not having recognized him as I have seen Wargames hundreds of times.

Now tell me, what nerd amongst us didn't try to make a free call on a payphone with a pull tab back in the day. I know, many will be asking "what is a pull tab?" Others? What is a "pay phone!" LOL

GAH I HATE the Wiggles! LOL! One of my friends, her then 2 year old broke his right femur (I was there when it happened, much racing about to hospital etc) and when we were sitting waiting for him to be put in traction the nurses put on a Wiggles DVD and I'm sure we had to watch it like 4 times, drove me insane LOL!

The Wiggles? I believe they did a few movies. In fact, I think they even do tours around the country. I'm gonna have to ask my three-year-old nephew about it.

Now, then. I shall leave all you oldies in peace. It was fun babyfying this thread. Byyyeeeeeee!

*poof*

Uh...yeah. 1988 would have bee well into most of us (me?) following Priest around the country and could explain why I didn't know it and had to cheat as it rang no bells whatsoever.

Tell me, did "The Wiggles" ever make a movie? HAAAAAAAA!!!!!!
[Vaillant 3.0] Saturday, May 05, 2012 10:54:08 AM
That's because the sequels were direct-to-video releases. The first one was the only one released in theaters.

It's weird, though. Considering it was released in 1988, I figured that even the old-timers here would have watched it at some point. Although now that I think about it, most of you oldies would'a been in your 20s by then, and thought, "That shit's for babies".

Geez Louise. I can honestly say I have never heard of this movie or any sequels. Of course my kids were not born until 2004 and later.
