That is so funny!!!!!!!!!!! The world can be a small place.  I bet Detroit will rock tonight. I will keep my eyes out for the pics. I cant figure out how to get pics up here, not a computer person.
Well, ROCK ON
[Al-fons Blazing] Wednesday, July 15, 2009 3:37:24 PM
Yes Mr. Freeze, I know.
It seems more like an ironic post.

Please throw a couple of rocks on my behalf. They're asking mexicans to have VISA to go to Canada, too.

Enjoy the show!!!!

I doubt it, Al.. I do not believe Rob could do all of those songs in a night. Far too much upper register stuff!!! Ah well, we can dream!!!

Very funny, my Dad is from Detroit. My Uncle lives in I think it is called Troy MI? We went to visit and my Dad followed the wrong mini van from the airport & we almost ended up in Canada

My brother is a Professer at the Univ of Mich and lives in Ann Arbor. We may go visit him at Xmas

I wonder if they'll be playing the whole PAINKILLER album because of its 20th anniversary next year.

That would be amazing.
[Deep Freeze] Wednesday, July 15, 2009 3:22:17 PM
HA!!!!!!!!!!!  I will certainly do so! In fact, she just called a few minutes ago! They have made it here to Detroit. Good to see BS reliving the concert moment by moment
[Sinner Rider] Wednesday, July 15, 2009 12:00:34 PM
Yep! I think that is about where i choked on my own salvia due to singing so much!

I lost my voice and sounded slighty like a man for a few days. Great times though! That is awesome they did the same thing at every tour!

Yep. He will go with but he is a pain in the ass.. We disagree on music a ton.. He just sits and the sits and pouts.. Same thing for the viking metal bands I like.. Again he is such a baby...! LOL!!

I will go with for his crap, he loves dragonforce so I of course agreed to sober cab if they bough my ticket... So that will be fun 4 drunk guys I get to drive around..

We both love maiden, slayer, doro.. we agree on some but we are both uber hard heading when it comes to music and we will fight like cats and dogs.

This is another reason I don't really drink... he is mean drunk. Its just better not drink often or too much..

yes I will 90.. still rockin.

Just think, you will be 90 and still irritating him with JP. Does he go with you to the concerts?
[Sinner Rider] Wednesday, July 15, 2009 11:27:03 AM
Yeah... I really need to wear them. I have random ringing as well. Atleast this last JP show was outside for me..

Love those..

I just stopped standing right by the stupid amps...I would be the idiot with face basically touching it at a bunch of death metal shows in high school...

live and learn right? I would have my kid wear them as well...good thinkin

So funny. Stupid story..

I was listening to the live halford disc the week before the show. He does the same thing on there.. and for a good two weeks I would piss my fiance off...

I would come on walk in the door be all pumped from rocking the live cd.. and scream "breaking the what".... eventually.. he stopped talking me to me if I even mentioned that. He is such a baby and not really a priest fan..So when we were at the show I had turn around and see if he watching when halford did it..

... yeah the fucker gives me the middle finger. But I took this picture and put it on the fridge just to keep pissing him off... After 10 years of dating I have to piss em off somehow..

Good morning SR

Funny you mention the hearing loss, I have major hearing issues and it is due to too many JP (and other) concerts but mostly JP. Back in the ealy 80's the had very little retrictions on both noise & pyro technics.

After the Turbo concert(JP Live tape) my ears rang for 3 days. My friend I took (who was one of my soccer buddies & parents never let her do anything) her Mom took her to the Dr. because of it, no joke

My Mom laughed but could not believe they let her go with me in the first place.
Long Story short I drive my parent, daughter & my boss nuts because I can't hear & talk loud

I recommend earplugs but don't wear them myself. I have Savannah where them. In fact we are doing double for this show since we will be close. The squishy ones and then I'm going to Home Depot and get the over the ear ones, just in case
[british.steel] Wednesday, July 15, 2009 11:03:00 AM

My ears are still ringing! it feels good though. i took pictures, but they are on my phone and their not too good cuz the lights and everything. still a great show. loved every second of it. my favorite momnents other than anything from british steel were definatly Hell Patrol, Victim of changes, and Prophecy. oh and i did get the part before you got another thing comin recoded on my phone where Rob is going yeah yeah yeah yeah! and the audience mimicks him. just an amazing expirience.
