Sniff. I'll miss it now that it is over. I thought the start was going to be like the Germany v. Brazil fiasco. I was in Spain in the plaza mayor of Madrid at the time and thought the start of this game was going the same way.

LLoydzilla is right!!!!! Glad they brought Wambaugh and some of the Swan Song players back on at the end. Even gave Abby the captain's armband. Nice touch. Classy to honor the Japanese players by making that "tunnel" as well as they went up for the silver.

Exactly right. USA is dominating. Just that simple act of putting it in the back of the net! Same problem with France, though. Too many chances in the first half but lost it in the second.

Be a shame to see this go to penalty kicks yet again! Speaking of which, I still need to post pix for Guitardude of the USA bombing the hell out of the Germans in France! Really kewl.
