Must be that know one has chaged out to vinyl windows yet and still have those one pane crappy wood windows? I have to admit though if you didn't paint a counter balance window shut, and the cords have been replaced after so many years it only takes a finger to lift them and they are beautiful even though they are terrible to keep heat in.
