It's a lovely morning this morning. Woke up to a phonecall telling me the highway I take to work is closed do to a rockslide.
It was 50 degrees yesterday and now it's snowing. We have floods coming today or tomorrow and then I turned the TV on and saw
what's going on in Japan and the Tsunami warnings for the U.S.. I think I'm going back to bed.(LOL).

I just wrote an e-mail to no other than K. K. Downing himself (through the Q&A section of his website), and believe me I was extremely tense as I couldn't stop thinking about the fact that it might very well be read by one of my biggest idols, or even be published for everyone to see. it was also very difficult to keep it as short as possible, but I think I managed it well enough.
Dammit, I'm now reading my local copy of it and of course I forgot a typo in there!

It's so bizarre looking the the images of the damage, a lot of the worst hit buildings are literally around the corner from where I worked for 2.5 years. Scary. Will be glued to the news today again.
