Well I looked up Stun definition and it said knocked into a semi-conscious state,shock momentarily and somethin else idk I guess you could get stunned by the flame burnin you then take off again on the run from Rob's Flame Thrower I don't know I never thought about it lol

I said I like every song on this album but in 38yrs of following Priest I've never said that before. Got booted from a JP group for trolling fanboys. Messed up though because I liked the group otherwise. Regardless the fanboy role is not me and never will be. Budred.... I agree 100%. To me in my honest opinion Firepower is EQUAL to any top notch album.Never in a million years I thought I'd be saying THAT but the songs and album speak for itself. 99% of Judas Priest's fan base will hail this as top 5,6 or 7th best album of all time....
Guardians/ Rising From Ruins is as good as Victim Of Changes,Sinner,HBFL,Hellion/Electric Eye....etc.

I think it could be their best album ever. It may not have a Painkiller or Freewheel Burning or All Guns Blazing but it does have some fantastic tracks on it. Those tracks are some of my favorite Priest songs but they are not on my favorite Priest album. My favorite is Stained Class. (I'm getting to a point). A few stellar songs but the reason it's my favorite is because of it's overall consistency. Other than one track it's great from beginning to end. All other Priest albums seem to have about 3 or 4 tracks I could pass on. I'm loving Firepower because it has some great tracks and it is definitely consistent. I think every song on it is at worst a good one. Some parts of some songs is some of the heaviest Priest I've ever heard. Rob's vocals amaze me right now. My complaint about Redeemer was production. No issues here with that. This album screams. Add to all that I'm hearing various stages of Priest including Demolition throughout the disc but it all has a modern feel to it. Because of the modernization, the great tracks, and overall consistency I feel comfortable saying this could be their overall best effort to date. You guys know I will state displeasure. I have nothing negative what so ever to say about Firepower. Thank you to Judas Priest. This is what I've been waiting for since Rob came back. A little late but I'll take it.

@HB .... you can put Firepower at #18 last ranked album. It's not going to make me lose any sleep over it or anything and I'm not trying to change yer mind dude and sure we all have different opinions etc... but telling me that Flame thrower lyrics are not legendary meaning "not very brilliant" .... what about Wheels Of Fire? I dont hate parental guidance. I see it for what it was, targeted at teens at the time. of course I was 12 when it came out, so easy for me to say it worked. sell out? sure. worked too right, first albut to platinum, although long term SFV has now outsold it, as it rightfully should. Sea of red is much shorter, that makes it better than Lochness. I tend to forget lochness when I think of AOR, because I just skip the damn thing right away. As Acolyte - iron Maiden -book of souls has a lyric that says "Climb like a monkey from Hell" THAT is crap lol, I love the group here, we can disagree and not have it get out of hand, good dose of respect for all, we all love the band for different reasons and hate/do not enjoy aspects of their music for different reasons ,none of us are "fanboys/Fangirls, like I said on the other page, I am happy that the sales could convince the band to do more shows as it picks up more and more steam and I could get to see them a little closer to home than a 16 hour round trip, cheers all
