I have only seen them five times. My first was in California in 1979. We saw them here in Vegas twice, most recently in September. GREAT show!!! Always a memorable event.

I've seen  Priest quite a few times (all in Stuttgart) and I've loved every single show:

-Defenders Of The Faith Tour (Feb. 17 1984)
-Fuel for Life
-Ram it Down
-Painkiller

-Jugulator

-Retribution
-Bang Your Head (Balingen) 2008

Plus

-War Of Words
-Small deadly Space (Dallas City Limits, Dallas TX, 1995)

-Resurrection
-Crucible (Bang Your Head Balingen)

And I can't wait for the PRIEST FEAST next year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can sympathise with you dude/dudess! I waited for 25 years for the original line up to come out to brissie! Fantastic night might I add! But seriously, It`s not fair on you guys either! One consolidation though, you guys did win the bledisloe cup in style! Keep the faith man! I`ve been trying to get Manowar here on tour but I doubt that`s going to happen! Finally, 3 days of my 2008 Judas Priest tour had finished tonight at Tokyo international Forum!

Setlist was identical as previous tours in other countires with no surprise, however every show was totally awesome by reviving screaming voice from Mr.Halford, incredible and emotinoal twin axes by Mr. Tipton and Mr.Downing, also I won't foget thunder roaring bass & drums beated by Mr.Hill and Mr. Travis!!
Thank you and hail to the one and only "metal gods" !!
I believe we can see soon!!

Ok, update. I spent the day at their hotel waiting for them all to roll up for photos and autographs. I got all the guys to autograph my Defenders of the Faith lp, a book and my scrap book. Got pics with all but KK, cause I forgot. Rob was a real friendly guy, very humble and quiet spoken. Not like you would have expected.

I was able to see Priest last night in Perth, Western Australia. It was a killer show. I saw them here 7 years ago with Tim, but this was a level above that. The light show was great, let alone the music. The set is not too shabby either. After the show, my army training kicked in. Being ex armoured recon, I knew how to do a recon of the stadium. I found the loading docks, knowing that backstage would be right there too. So, I sat in the car and waited for a likely target to drive out. After about an hour, a minivan full of people came out of the loading dock area. The chase was on. My friend had driven to pick me up in my ute and she tailed em and said she didn't want to get too close. Well, she got stopped by a red light, so I told her I was taking over. I got in and the next stage was on, catching up. I had to do over 100kmh to catch up to em and run 1 red and 2 orange lights, but I did it. Followed em to their hotel and got to thank all but Rob, he had already gone to the hotel. I shook hands with Glenn, Ken and Ian. I even showed Ian my bank card so he could see my name. Yes, it is Rob Halford for real! Now to see em in America. Thanks guys, you done good.

Took my 11 year old son to see Priest in Brissy on Wednesday. Fucking awesome. Rob pierced our eardrums and KK and Glenn melted our faces! Great to see the original lineup finally make it to Oz. See ya again one day!

The Brisbane show on the 10th was fantastic. The set list was basically the same as metal Masters etc although there were a couple of surprises. A brilliant show and Rob is in fine voice indeed. My ears nearly bled from his screams, he's still got it. The entire band really enjoyed themselves and they sounded excellent. My ears are still ringing.

Long live the PRIEST! Enjoy Melbourne.

Hey, just wondering how the show in Brisbane was last night? Anyone go? Was the set list similar to previous shows on this tour?
Going to the Melbourne show Saturday night!

I have followed this band since 1977 and like other UK metal and rock bands that are still going from that era they are doing less and less UK gigs.  Download festival is not everyone's cup of tea JP.  Remeber the fans from the early days and do some halls.

Got to see Priest twice on this tour- once in Kansas City on August 1st; then again Thursday night in Phoenix (8/28). What a GREAT tour! The show in KC was VERY hot and humid but the band was great. Phoenix show had WAY crazy wind and lightning kick up at the end of the Heaven and Hell set, followed by heavy rains during Priest. Luckily they let quite a few folks from the lawn come down with us under the covered pavillion during the heavy rainfall. Halford and crew were absolutely amazing at Phoenix! Rob reminded the crowd several times that this is his hometown and that he was very excited to be back in AZ. Thank you Judas Priest for yet another wonderful tour! I have seen the band 7 times since 1984, absolutely love this group! Just wish we could have seen SINNER, has been a long time boys...
Keep rocking with the Priest! Fan since 1976.... D of KC
