Heya Joe! I got a Mapex VX series kit (black, hehe) with a type of zildjan (sp? lol) cymbals. I pick it up this afternoon

Yep JD, I'm learning to play drums, LOL! Been teaching myself how to play. Just got the phone call that my new kit is at the shop, but they need to put it together first, hurry up I say! LOL!

I can play guitar with perfect timing and do a few guitar solos and ect....I can play a little bass guitar
but never could get a grip on a drum kit!!! Good for you and I'm glad you are playing an instrament!!!
