Let's face it! Had they had these AC/DC shoes in the first store I went in then I wouldn't have had to keep going in every freakin' shoe store in that damn mall! I'm no shopper! My idea of shopping is going armed with a cattlepod to get the browsers out of the way to obtain what I came to get, and get the hell out! But no, the mall had to have Chucks displays in all the windows only to disapoint me with the "girly" variety they carried and the only cool ones they had were big enough to put on over my existing shoes! HA!!
So, here's my new Chucks! I'm in love with them!

Thank you for telling me Becks as I did not see them on sale last I checked! I'm locked and loaded on the AC/DC Chucks which I should get delivered to me by tuesday of this week at my job! YES!!!!!!

Now I'm really happy as I just looked at a gazillion mile mall that advertised Chucks all over and NONE of which to my tastes! Now these Highway to Hell babies are MY taste! Kewl! Can't wait to sport those savy sneeks! I'm rocking the chucks! Guid knows I have a fettish for them! LMAO! The only thing in the entire 2 mile or so Mall I looked for was Chucks! I left disappointed! They had a really cool pair posted on a poster, but they didn't have that shoe in the store! Bastards! Now, I'm glad I waited!

Well it does look tiny on the world map, but it could be worse! We have an island in the Chesapeak Bay called Tangier Island. Talk about deprived! This island I can walk in length in fifteen minutes. When I was there years ago the "cool guy" on the island to the girls was a guy with a moped! LOL This place is bodaciously small! That is great Metallark, I saw them the next day, and they did not Fail to impress in anyway! So much more tight than last year! I banged my head  like crazy and enjoyed it! Such Power! I was completely blown away, the BEST Priest show I've ever been privy to except maybe Defenders when I was against the stage, and still just because I was against the stage, the Music was far Superior to anytime I've seen them play.

Yeah the Cincinnati show would have any metal fan bouncing off the walls. They were indeed as HRMG stated "on fire". Rob was living it up and belting it like a demon. It was an awesome sight to watch them. Scott played drums like a man-beast and KK and Glen were their usual awesome selves. 
I took a couple of friends that were familiar with the radio songs (Breakin-the -law and Another Thing). They were blown away and are now die-hards. It was Tuesday and I am still F'N glowing.

It was a field hockey game, I play for a club here in the local womens competition NFL isn't really popular here, some people watch it, very rarely you will see people play it for fun in the park or whatever. My Dad loves NFL LOL, he supports the San Diego Chargers. He's one of maybe two peope I know who actually watch it. The biggest sport here that you could say is similar to NFL is rugby, it's basically the national sport.

We just got back from the Cincinnati show. I'm still bouncing off the walls. Priest was ON FIRE! I haven't seen Rob dance, shadow box, or play around like this since I saw them back in '86 on the Turbo tour!! He was definitely FEELING it! It was so awesome to watch them all enjoying it so much. They have so much more left in the tank, they are definitely not done yet. We had front row center tickets and got some really great pictures! I finally got them all loaded onto my Facebook page. LMAO Ron! Apparently my prescription hasn't changed, yay! That was by far the most thorough eye examination ever! He tested my sight, I had dye put in to my eyes, air blown in to them, bright lights and all sorts LOL!

I do, however, have a WONDERFUL  8X10 picture of Rob onstage hanging on my wall in the hallway courtesy of our dear guido!!!!! It is an AWESOME pic and the Princess was kind enough to go out and get me a nice frame and allow me to put it up right next to my print of the Forged Steel album cover!!!! I have my own little "mini-shrine" going now!! HAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Those guitar picks and drumsticks are trinkets!!! It's just one other way to remember the show!!!!! You could show them off to your buddies and say, "I went to see Judas Priest in concert and the drummer gave me one of his drumsticks!". I would definitely be the one trying to grab a guitar pick or a drumstick!!

Ron, thanks for the kind words! I have tried to get the kid to listen to ANYTHING other than the stuff he does now !! He does enjoy my work but I think that's only as a courtesy. HA!!!!!!!! I am pleased that he is genuinely excited. The tix came yesterday and he was pretty jazzed. I think he is going to love the show. It is actually the perfect gig to take him to since it is more of a "classic" setlist. It will give him a wonderful taste of true Priest energy!

Speaking of which, I am thrilled everytime I see pics from the recent tour!! Reminds me of that awesome night in Detroit with Guido, HRMG and her husband! What a great night! I think I saw that Val had asked if anyone has caught a drumstick yet..? Well, I have DODGED several! HAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!  I have no practical use for them as I do not play and the Princess would surely make me stuff it in a drawer or something if I were to bring one home so it really makes no sense for me to grab one as they whizz by my head!! HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Same goes for the picks! What on earth will I do with those????
