Sorry to hear 'bout that, JD. I'm afraid I'll to face the same decision regarding JP in LA. $200 for GA pit. NOPE! I went to their 2014 concert, and I do NOT recall having to pay so damn much for GA pit. I'll just keep my hopes up and wait for a price dip. But if that doesn't happen? Then...next time, fur sure. Like you, at least I have my happy memories of previous concerts.

Hope your financial woes end soon.

I'm actually "not" going to Judas Priest and Saxon here in kent wa. I'm not paying $200 plus $bucks to see a fuckin concert when I'm in terrible extreme financial hardship and it just doesn't make any sense to fuck myself further in debt just to see Judas Priest or anybody for that matter. Couldn't enjoy the show anyways because my mind will be on $$$$ instead of absorbing classic priest in front of me. I did see the redeemer of souls show in the Tacoma dome November 2014 and it was superb....saw Saxon headline in Seattle studio 7 October 2013 so I think I'm good to go on seeing concerts anymore. It would blow your mind if you were in my $ shoes $ my priorities are focused on $$$$ and $$$$ only. Come income tax time mid February I could actually afford tickets if they aren't sold out but again...I'm not shelling out $300 bucks to get a decent seat ....the show at the Tacoma dome 3 years ago was a lot cheaper and the Saxon show 4 years ago was even cheaper.

However .....if $$$cssh was no big deal to me and I didn't have to sweat it financially and could throw around money like playing cards then I'd be there . I will 100% be buying the firepower album the day it's released that's for sure. It's not the bands fault for ticket prices and its not the bands fault I'm fucked financially either,so I will hopefully love the new album my fingers are crossed ...but pretty sure my concert days are over. At least the last 2 concerts I've seen was Saxon 2013 and Judas Priest 2014 so I'm good to go. I do wish the rest of all of you a great time seeing the show ,meet and greets etc....absolutely ....if I were in your shoes I'd be going too. So at this point I'm excited to just buy the firepower cd and be happy they are even releasing a new album.

See you in the D Guido!! You'd better keep the dates around the R&R Hall of Fame induction ceremony open. I have heard from my DJ friend that if Priest gets in, they will play a show at Public Hall in Cleveland WITH KK!! FUCK YEAH!! THE SINNAAAAHHHH!!

Were you watching those numbers? They SPIKED against the Eurythmics overnight and then slowly overtook them. That just wasn't normal. I play with computers far too much to know computer-generated numbers when I see them. Either that or people voted in the 10s of thousands overnight! Oddly enough, I was also asked to suddenly identify objects to "prove I was human" the following days. Seems I wasn't the only one to notice. R&R HOF is legit? My ASS!!

I'm still voting, though. Multiple times a day! ;) lol

As Acolyte - yah no thanks, I was lucky seeing Ozzy with Halford as the opener, it was a fantastic show,Ozzy was out on stage for I believe 21 songs and was in great form! Seen him on the Black sabbath tour, had the flu, looked terrible hit some notes, I went mostly to see Iommi play guitar, and for the cost of this farewell tour, I would rather have great memories of the 2010 show than a crappy recent one

HA! I saw Ozzy's LAST "goodbye tour!" Yup, No More Tears...
Wonder if I should see this goodbye tour as well? Never know if this will be the last goodbye, after all.

Still holding out for more dates.  when it gets closer I am debating Loveland or Kent.  Never been to CO, so would like to go look around too.

As Acolyte, @JD I would love to have a beer with you!   Still holding out for a Vancouver date! And we have now passed the eurythmics again by about 500 votes! Keep it going all!
[Head banger] Saturday, October 28, 2017 5:26:03 PM
I believe that the top 5 in the fan vote get one vote each in the actual vote.  so 5th is as good as 4th.  But... out of 500 votes it probably makes little difference.  thinking though the album and tour anouncement help the fan vote.  Fingers crossed.
