Hey guys, check out the latest Metal Meltdown at www.coastaccessradio.org.nz. It's a special Ronnie James Dio tribute show and runs a bit longer, about two and a half hours. The show is all RJD. Hope you guys like it. JJ.
Brian, I will play your request next week, had to change the whole show the day before recording after RJD passed away.
They're not really metal enough, I played them once or twice before and it didn't really fit the show but in saying that they are a huge influence on the metal scene. Don't think Dirty Movies will fit the show very well but I will find a VH song and play it for you

You know, I just tried to find my jersey (Nike...original) like the guy in the vid is wearing here (Río soccer team) and found that the drawer I looked is full of JP shirts. HAAAA!!! I swear, I was almost kicked out by the doormen because I was wearing that thing. I had no idea that they were all for another team in the city (Flumenense). Ended up buying one of those too...
Look up the stadium of Maracaná sometime. It is CRAZY to see a game there. I go. LOL. Still, people fire rockets from one end to the next in the heat of battle. I have learned to sit under the overhang seats. Fewer bottles hit close to you.
Is that better or worse than Brazillian rap? Hmmmm.....
I go to Brazil most every year and I own their CDs. Hard to tell. If you spoke Portuguese, however, you'd know that they are a Ramones rip-off band singing about an establishment of "ill-repute" in Joao (Juan=John) Pessoa.
