That was the plan at first but I don't know now. We did that on the first album. We are all on the cover of that one. We may have something on the inner sleeve this time around but I am not sure.

I saw a print of the album cover the other day. It looks SO cool. They are starting on the back of it in the next week or so. Pretty neat stuff!!!

THE CONTINUING INTERVIEW WITH VOCALIST MIKE "DEEP FREEZE" BERENTSEN AND OLD DUDE ROCK MAGAZINE:
ODR: So what can we expect as far as a release date?
DF: We are still shooting for February but it is kind of up in the air still. Jim Gleason is very busy this time of year with other projects and it is difficult for him to break away. We expect that he will return to the studio soon and complete the drum tracks.
ODR: We see there has been an abundance of conversation over on the Priest Website regarding the album. Any comment?
DF: Yes. I think all the members of Judas Priest.com realize this is not a simple undertaking. We do appreciate the enthusiasm and we plan to push hard to complete the album. We ask for just a little more patience! I promise it will be worth it!
ODR: There is some material over on Acid Planet and we see that there was a couple songs posted on Youtube. How did that come about?
DF: We were concerned that a lot of the fans were not getting an chance to hear any of the music over on AP. It is a great site but it really is more for musicians than fans. Youtube is a much bigger place and access is far easier. Phil and I thought it would be a good idea to get some songs there so a broader fanbase could enjoy it. We think it has worked out really well. The response was great and more people have had a chance to check out the new album. At least part of it.
ODR: So what about a third album? Any chance??
DF: (laughs) We'll see. Everyone knows how difficult travel is for me. Maybe we will hit a studio in Vegas next year?? Who knows? (laughs again)

WOW!! Such a HUGE outpouring of demands!!! I can assure you all that we are working feverishly to get this album completed. I speak to MM daily!! (Sometimes MORE than that!!!HA!!)

Iam dying to hear this.... I have heard some it... and it is wonderful...... I hope it comes along soon..
Not to many people are capable to preform priest, and sound good.. And I must say I really enjoy they way you all have done this!!!!!!!! great job and it sounds great..... I really enjoy it.... Cant wait for the finished product!!!!!!!!

| DF, MM and everyone else involoved with the Faithful Defenders...I know some of us weren't around for the first release, myself included. I also understand that I have absolutely NO idea what all goes into the making of a GREAT product such as this. But I DO know what it's like to feel like a child on Christmas Eve and NOT being allowed to open even just one gift. So please please please...I don't mean to feel pushy about this, I CAN'T WAIT ANY LONGER!!!!!! It's bad enough I have to wait years for Priest to release something new, but I don't talk to them everyday!!! You guys I do talk to everyday...you know we're 'junkies' and in need of our 'fix'...I have been stoked and waiting for so long now...PLEASE!!!!!!! |

Where is the press release as to the current status? Where are the interviews? When can we expect this masterpiece to be unleashed upon the world?!
