I have become completely engrossed with the show "The Two Coreys".   Ok, I said it.  Like a weight off my shoulders !

I haven't really got into black metal, at least not fully. I don't have any albums but some black/thrash bands I like, such as some Venom or Mercyful Fate or early Kreator. Haven't found a death (black) or any other type of black metal band I could get into yet. Usually not my taste.

I like Disturbed too and I also like some death (black) metal bands, Immortal for example is one of them.

I must make my confession...... I have been really getting into more modern metal(and some rock/alternative) than the old school in recent months. I have been running into good acts like Lamb of God (A freaking lot) and Shadows Fall (Redemption is one of the best songs I have ever heard) , but have been also getting into stuff like Disturbed (Indestructible is actually quite good and Ten Thousand Fists is recommendable), Weezer (Thanks to Rock Band and one of my roomates) and I am even starting to get thrown into the "deathcore" genre as well (Job For a Cowboy was the clincher (AZ pride even though they are from Glendale). There are other things as well but I'll leave them for later times. I just wanted to get this off my chest for any who are interested in what I have been listening recently.

I agree, and when you know what you need, listening to the script is annoying.  I used to go thru that with printers at work.

I confess that despite the fact that I'm a tech support person, the vast majority of tech support people are idiots who read off scripts and can't think for themselves.

I think we have all done that a time or two.  No worries. There are more evil things that can be done besides that!!

Ok.. I'm about to do something really evil but.. I have no  choice. My daughter has started to attend playschool 5 days a week and usually she only goes 3 days a week. Tomorrow there is a birthday party at school and my mind turned to swiss cheese... I only got one gift when I went out today so now, at 10:59pm, I'm left with only one option... I found a gift that someone gave her for her birthday last month (play dough wich I hid away cos... I just hate the stuff) so now I have to re gift the play dough so that both kids have a gift to hand the birthday girl at school... sneaky, evil but.. hey ... what can one do in such a sitaution? lol
