'Sup, HB! Thanks for the warning!

Acolyte, the 'Board is a sadder place without you. Miss you lots!

Dang! Miss ya Accolyte.
[Scratching head] This is a server-side issue. I saw last night that Webby DOES apparently log on. Last date was a few days ago as per the "stamp" for whatever that means. Posted news perhaps? Still thinking that a possible workaround for Accolyte might be to find, donate, create or loan him an active account to let him post here again. There has got to be a workaround.

Huh. Kinda interesting to note that there is not a SINGLE little mention of JP's new mobile game on their main website! Wonder why?

A question for anyone interested. If you could design/make your own JP game for the smartphone, how would you build it?

Whelp, at least I can still post links.

So there's a JP mobile game out, huh? Gameplay looks confusing as hell, BUT! I'm sure it'll be a smashing success. Since I don't have an iphone, I'll just continue to sit here and wait for news on the "almost done" album.

Today, I say a tearful goodbye to a friend. Photobucket, my pic-hosting partner-in-crime of over 10 years. A decade of collecting and storing JP pics from practically every era, then sharing them here for all to see. Over 2,000 pics in one account alone, and now I can no longer share them here. Not without having to cough up $40/month, that is.

Oh, Photobucket. Up until now, you had been nothing but fantastically reliable and user-friendly to me. You were there during all my high and low times here on the 'Board AND on the Metal God's Quorum. I could post the same pics of the band countless times, and you worked tirelessly to keep them displayed and showed my JP pics for what they were (and still are) - awesome as hell, no matter what. Unfortunately, I can no longer walk the Information Superhighway with you. In fact, with your new monthly contribution requirement, you may as well BE committing Information Superhighway robbery! How COULD you, Photobucket?!? After ALL this time, now you're gonna stab me in the back with THIS?!? Not cool. :'(

*sigh* I pains every fiber of my being to write this, but I must write it. I'm sorry, Photobucket, but our partnership must cease.

Now give me my pics back.

Hiya Beckies!!!

Yeah, here's hoping we get news about this album soon. Still, knowing this band, we might hear about it sooner from Richie's FB/Instagram pages than from JP Management!

Yeah, I know the feeling. ANY news about the band, at this point, feels like such a big deal. But this album will definitely be worth the wait.

I really hope they don't take too long...usually when they come up with those news it takes ages for them to actualy unveil the release date and stuff...maybe a couple of months would be fine but the agony feels eternal   [Show/Hide Quoted Message] (Quoting Message by Vaillant 3.0 from Sunday, July 09, 2017 11:35:13 PM)

Yeah, I'm sure it won't take another hundred years (heh) for JP to finish this album. And I agree with you on the Richie bit. His playing style just suits this band SO well. Him being in ROS and these last couple of tours has me really looking forward to this new album. Also can't wait to see the artwork! C'mon, new monster!

I really enjoyed Redeemer. I personally think it was a good "going back" to priest's roots after nostradamus...which I personally like even though it's not really what we expect from the guys
As for the new album hopefully it's not taking another 100 years again but from the impression the previous album left, richie has made his way into giving priest a new sound without deviating from what they usually did that much. I just got the new Iced Earth album (which I know has nothing to do with this topic) and seeing how Stu managed to renew this band's energy without trying to be matt barlow in the last two albums actually made me feel more excited about what priest could come up with

PD: I quoted vail's post because this page is not letting me type anyting unless I quote a previous message it seems...

Yeah, they simply MUST have that Painkiller-swaggering-3-axe attack in place. Otherwise, why even bother, right?

Yeah, I'd prolly say the same. Early 2018...if we are lucky.

I HOPE for 7 more quality works (all of Painkiller quality) by 2020. Oh yes, all with the 3-axe attack too!
