I look at it this way;  if you go to see a movie, you may find that one or two rude people talk instead of watch. You expect that. If you go to the park for a stroll, you may find an unruly child that screams and makes a scene. You expect that. If you come to a Rock Band's website, you can expect to have a few rude, ill-mannered adolescents that cause trouble. You just have to expect that. Fortunately, they are the few, we are the many.
