HA!!!! That tryptophan can be quite a sleep-inducer. The day after Thanksgiving my family and I did nothing but sleep and watch TV. The turkey dinner was very good, along with the 6 dozen tamales my mom and I made. Too bad I couldn't bring any turkey leftovers with me (since the whole thing was devoured in a couple of days). I did bring back some tamales with me, and they are delicious!!!

I am well. I managed to stave off the effects of Triptophan on Turkey day! I walked 4 miles afterwards! LOL The weekend was largely uneventful, full of cleaning up around the house, and taking a cattle prod to my child to finally clean her room! (of course I am kidding about the cattle prod!) LOL
