I'll have to check that one out. Thanks for the heads-up. Got a link so I don't have to go hunting? | | Where AmI wrote: | | I stumbled upon Mr. Big's live version of Deep Purple's Burn.
So, ok, Mr. Big are really not my cup of coffee but I have to admit "their" Burn it's rather good. Recommended listen. No vocals, which is even better..
And since I'm on a roll, there's Demon Kogure & Sex Machineguns version on YourTubbers too. I like the christmas tree ornament outfit of the singer.. Edited at: Monday, September 01, 2008 7:42:03 PM |

lets face it if you love priest you gotta love sabbath how can the midlands of england produce such fantastic bands ..i have often thought as an anglo saxon celt australian ( that's a mouthful } - basically a a white mongrel = that it is a bit of a race memory thing druids mystical swords type stuff .... esoterical weird shit .. wow i have had a few tonight i normally don't go off on this trip... i mean all those great anglo bands saxon thin lizzy iron maiden motorhead led zeppelin etc reminds me of me dad when i was a teenager he only ever used to stick his head in our bedroom door when we were listening to american hard rock he reckoned that the yanks just can't sing like the pommies .. and believe me he hated heavy metal he was just open minded enough to let his boys have some fun !!!! he just had issues with alice cooper and kiss but not nazareth or priest !!!! cheers brian he's 78 now and i'm 43 so I guess it's all a matter of perspective now...... |
