When you take into consideration a whole body of work over a whole career of a singer, Then Halford is at least as at least as GREAT as anyone in the history of ROCK music..
I don't feel that there is a best in ANY category.. That includes food, guitarists, singers and everything else.. However, ROB is AS great as any that has ever done it..
