Oh man too many to choose from! I reckon Exciter would be great to play cos it's a classic Priest tune that has awesome guitar work, drumming and vocals, it really showcases Priest style heavy metal.

Play Rapid Fire!! It's a very good song and it's got everything: Great lyrics, awesome riffs and it's all going at a good, fast pace. It will definitely grab the listener's attention and give him/her an idea as to what to expect.

Play Live Victim of Changes off Unleashed! Has a special place in my heart as it is the first Priest tune I ever heard. Better yet JJ just go with your personal favorite.
