I like DOTF over SFV for the very reasons you stated, only backwards. lol
I consider "Take These Chains" and "Fever" skip tracks on SFV. On DOTF, I consider "Night Comes Down" a skip track BUT I like "Eat Me Alive"
So, DOTF wins it for me overall. I DO wholeheartedly agree about the tracks "Hellion" leading into "Electric Eye" Just perfection there.

I have found that if I hit reply it doesnt work, and I end up like you, creating a new post. if I right click reply and open in a new tab it works fine. make sense, no, but it seems to be a system.... of a sort.

Screaming For Vengeance to me has always been a much better LP than
Defenders Of The Faith,The Hellion-Electric Eye's sharp precision alone
is unbeatable ,but I see why others choose Defenders too... it is awsome...
2 songs from Screaming that has always been B side quality are Take these
chains and Fever....2 from Defenders are Eat Me Alive and Night Comes Down
...I'd rather listen to Take These Chains & Fever than Eat Me Alive & Night Comes
Down...So that, and the other tracks from SFV Vs. the other tracks from DOTF...
is why Vengeance comes out on top. |
