Here is a partial of a full sized self portrait I made in college for a class. I got an A+ on it, but I don't have the whole picture because my camera sucked and it got destroyed before I ever got a full pic of it. Wish I could explain how good it was. the project was to make a full sized self portrait and surround yourself with you favorite things. In most portraits you would start with the background, but in this case, I wanted to use colored pencil and grease pencil to simulate the leather, so I did that part first. and for all you fans who go a way back, Rob's shot in the background was of him on his Harley with mirrored glasses that reflected blue and there was smoke around the bottom of the Harley. Going to write the Dean to see if I can get a copy of his picture.

| the airbrushed t-shirt screaming for vengeance cover looks unreal fantastic only 3 days till i see priest in sydney australia ...never seen priest though saw Hlaford with fight at the coogee bay hotel in the nineties ...little true story to tell.....had a dream at the time that I saw judas priest at the time and i told my girlfiend at the time and she said i was crazy lo and behokld that day Rob Hlford was on a Aussie daytime chat show and a few issues came up ....anyway later that day i was up in darlinghurst and who should be beside me at the pedestrian crossing but the metal god himself ... man you couldn't miss him he was wearing a shirt saying ' i'm no judas ' I said to himn i liked what he said on t.v,. that day and Rob said thanks ... and that was it ...how weird having a dream the night before though.....swear on me mothers grave .... it's synchronicity... or the sad wings of destiny brian... 3 sleeps til the priest |
