Yes Michael you are correct and you too MG~ on the first name.
On April 4, 2003 Ms. Lissimore had her claim dismissed by a judge and was ordered to pay 100,000 pounds in court costs.
As for What Mr. Downing is doing with Astbury I have heard a ton of different stories and will not venture a guess as to which one is correct. I'm sure when he is ready to go public with his resort? he will let everyone know all about it. Good for business. |

In an attempted to turn the kharma back to a positive ... the woman was misguided, believing she was owed anything for maintaining the property while Ken was away. In that alone she served a purpose. She was not entitled to what she claimed she was entitled. That I will defend staunchly. I believe the story goes that she left her chosen profession as a chemist to move to Astbury, but I don't remember her name, sorry. What is the name of the useless girlfriend who tried to sue KK for part of his estate after living off him for nine years, and said that she had put "skill and time" into Astbury Hall, and felt she deserved Half of it's value. Edited at: Monday, February 23, 2009 7:38:59 PM |

HB I think it would have been royalties from the sale of the soundtrack, which was alot considering it's one of the top selling soundtracks of all time. | | momo wrote: | | KK? | | spapad wrote: | | Who was allegedly reported, during the "dark" years, of saying......."Next time you see Rob.........Kick him in the balls for me will ya?!" |
