"Kinda hard for that to happen with a female if you think about it I reckon, LOL." Run a marathon / or even a half is my response. "Show us your nipple tape" is a pretty common sign by the side of the road. LOL!!! I have almost flashed a few people on many a marathon. Better senses got ahold of me.

LOL!! Why would I want to run more just to get nipple burn? Doesn't it come from your shirt rubbing on your nipples or something? Kinda hard for that to happen with a female if you think about it I reckon, LOL.

Morning everyone. Another beautiful spring day here. I've just been for a good run with my doggy, and I wouldn't know what nipple burn is like, never had it, LMAO!

Good morning/evening Metalheads

Sorry about your bike Joe!!
[Becks] Tuesday, September 08, 2009 2:54:16 AM
Hiya Joe! Wow a crazy weekend at yours then! That sucks your bike got trashed! Sounds like a bizarre accident. Craig should have gone straight for an xray, like you said, but yeah, husbands don't listen LOL! Hopefully you can get your bike fixed without too much fuss.

Good Morning dwellers of the Blah thread..

Wow, not a cool weekend for me but some good stuff happened so it's not all bad. After the crisis with my mom (who is now well on the road to recovery) Craig went and trashed my bike... Yes, the new one. He went for his usual ride with his mates and sorta wiped out on a straight dirt road? Nobody knows how it happened. He was riding safely, as he usually does, not speeding or anthing stupid and it looks like the rear wheel just spun out.
This took place on Sunday and now, Tuesday, the day his sister arrives and two full days after the accident he decides he should've gone for his X-ray after all. I've been telling him to check if his shoulder or any bone there about is broken but he's totally ignored my suggestions and is now in more pain because the swelling and bruising just keeps getting worse.. Is it nasty of me to have less sympathy for him considerint I suggested he just have the fecking X-ray in the first place?? MEN!! No, wait, HUSBANDS! lol

I still do feel pretty bad for him because he is in considerable pain but sheesh! Why can't they just listen to advice or use their brains?

And for those wondering, No, the bike is not OK but nothing that can't be repaired.. I guess we single-handedly sorted out the BMW agencies recession problems lol.

Well, if you live in the urban areas, you would (and should) be fine. But if you live in the foothills or the local mountains (where wildfires are most likely to start), then you'd be in trouble...especially if the rainfall totals for the year have been below average, hot and dry winds have been blowing over the area, and the fuel (dead and dry grass) is there waiting for the spark that will set it all ablaze. Not a pretty sight.

It is nice down there, although it does get very hot and dry at times at this time of the year.

Except right now it's probably pretty bad because of the wildfires in the area. I called my mom a couple of days ago and she said that not only has it been unbearably hot, but that ash has been accumulating on the top of her car even though she lives about 20 miles away from the fires.

I tasted it once, on an all nighter I was pulling for art school, it tasted so bad, I walked the streets of downtown Richmond by myself to
get to a 7-11 and get myself a "Big Gulp" cup of soda! No can do the coffee!

For work we analyse the flavours in different cheeses by request of other companies or whatever. I think blue cheese is something you either love or you hate LOL! I heard several people say yesterday it's better mixed with stuff, than by itself.

Everything here is slow and peacefull! HA! So,............Who is forcing you to eat Blue Cheese, which BTW I love!
But I like Rochfort better as it is a bit milder, and mixed with a few  proper veggies and let sit overnight, makes for a yummi pita sandwhich!

A great Monday to all here at JP.com - It's been another fantastice weekend!

With this day, LaborDay, marking the end of Summer for those of us in the US, here's hoping those of us without jobs find employment soon - Cheers to the workin' class!!!

Good Morning and a very Happy Labor Day to those that will be enjoying this holiday!! Somewhat of a misnomer for me as the Princess is likely to have me doing something laborious.... Ah well!

The end of summer. I can already feel the holidays approaching. In years past, I have generally dreaded the holidays but, as of last year, I felt a certain happiness during them and I am starting to feel that again. Perhaps it is old age or maybe just that there is a change in the routine but something clearly has happened to me and I feel excitement once again as Halloween, Thanksgiving and then Christmas all get closer.

Shortly, the Princess will start decorating the house and the air outside will begin to cool. The days will grow shorter and before I know it, I will light the fireplace for the first time this year. Apart from the pain that the cold inevitably brings me, I feel a definite happiness. I hope that all of you will soon feel the same.

Good morning/evening fellow Metallians

Here in America, the first Monday of September is a holiday known as Labor Day...most know it as a paid day off work, for others it runs a little deeper...but it also means the beginning of the end of summer, booooooo...but there will be lot's of grilling and partying going on, so if anyone's close to me, feel free to drop in and have bite!!!!
[spapad] Sunday, September 06, 2009 4:35:41 PM

That is really odd that you could have such crappy weather when we have had nothing but bright sunshine for months. First day of a LITTLE bit of rain was today. Otherwise, it has been a sunny summer. Probably a little cooler than most which is good given the humidity and the fact that I didn't open the pool.

I'll admit I'm not as hard on the teams I don't like as you are...but I'm a huge Big 10 fan in general, but I share your disdain for Ohio State and I'll go further and put the Michigan Wolverines in with them!!!  I am partial to Purdue and the Fighting Illini and Northwestern...I hope the Spartans take it to the Wolverines this year!!!
