@Vail that would be awesome if he played and toured with Les binks, as for Richie I agree, i think the writing of has progressed from ROS to F, i think that they have more energy, drive and enthusiasm etc, if it means I get to see Rob,Ian and Scott and health willing Glenn supported by a "newbie"(7+years) and a hired gun then so be it!!!!! I agree with ya, JD. Richie is an absolutely important member of JP, and should be recognized as such. He's been in the band for 7 years now?? Damn. Imagine if the band had stopped touring/making albums after KK left?? Shit, if that were the case, we wouldn't have these last two albums, that amazing Battle Cry DVD, and Rob singing some damn high notes live. And yet, some fans simply choose to live in the past. I am damn thankful that the band chose to go on and picked Richie to take KK's place.
Nothing but respect for Richie Faulkner.

People have some kind of idea that Ritchie isn't important to Judas Priest.That he's only a temporry fill in like Andy is doing for Glenn and it's not the same damn thing.
Ritchie is as important to Judas Priest as Glenn and K.K. are at this point in the band's career. 3 years from now he will have been in the band for 10 years....a decade.
And as good as Redeemer Of Souls is and now even better now with the almighty Firepower.... solidifies Ritchie.

I don't think the band will be affected by this at all. It's only KK's rights to the songs that would be affected. He prolly just won't get anymore money when the songs are played.
That being said, it was still not cool of him to target the band the way he did a couple of months ago.

I can even say what my first post WAS! Helluva long time ago. I ripped and posted a Halford NPR interview. One of my earliest. I remember working on it - taking commercials out - from my office.
