This is pretty cool.

Well I'm gonna ingnore your opening attack there Wagenhoffer and agree with the comment about the other bands. Iron Maiden totally destroys those bands in a big way. Iron Maiden has it all, Excellent vocals, three guitar attack. excellent bass and drums, songwriting, stage show ...ect. They have the full package.

While I have to admit that Brian Evans is a shifty-eyed punk who is always trying to create controversy, I also have to say that I would prefer even the crappiest Iron Maiden record far above the fart noises of Korn, Mudvayne,...

Some of the people who come in here to bash Iron Maiden at the same time proclaim their love for bands like Disturbed, Bullet For My Valentine,... That's weird and I just don't get that.

Freeze, I love the shirt, it's freakin' cool. A little surprise to see you here.
I hope things are going well. Take care!

The evidence points to you being correct but I'm trying to make myself believe he got
overwhelmed and is merely trying too hard to defend himself. If this is the case I
think he can still turn it around. I've seen firsthand how forgiving people are here so
it's really up to him. The no discussions thing is what makes me think you guys may
be right and I've pointed this out to him. I'm not going to fret over whether he changes
or not I'm just trying to give him the benefit of doing so. He can bash me if he wants,
it means nothing to me. I'm risking fines and loss of job right now so quite honestly this
is child's play. Don't take this as disrespect towards you because it's not. You've been a
help to me here and I appreciate it. Take care!

[Deep Freeze] Sunday, April 25, 2010 2:46:16 PM

Oh guys! The real problem here is that you continue to try to engage it. You treat it as if it is a person. It is a troll. A despicable, low-life. It is not a reasoning, friendly human being. It is scum. The sooner we ALL avoid the urge to engage it in conversation, the sooner it will move on to easier prey, just as child molestors and rapists and the like seek weaker, unsuspecting victims. It is garbage. It is crap. It has nothing to say that is worth hearing. No opinion worth knowing.

[jimmyjames] Sunday, April 25, 2010 2:45:14 PM
Some footage of Maiden at their peak in the mid 80s.

[guidogodoy] Sunday, April 25, 2010 2:08:05 PM
Agreed. I really don't think anyone of us needs more turmoil in their lives. Sill, I stand by my comment that this is a troll. There were previous Maiden threads here and he created his own to post his B.S. NO discussion at all. Little things (aka. "ticks") even lead me to believe that this is not a new member. Many have picked up on this as well. Thus, three friends (lknow that you can befriend yourself). No surprise.   [Show/Hide Quoted Message] (Quoting Message by Budred from Sunday, April 25, 2010 1:38:44 PM)

I see it. I just don't desire conflict right now. Too many things stressing me out right now
in my real life to have trouble here also. Some of your comments are the same thing I'm
telling him. I think if he would take some advice he can still get along here. The way I turned
on him I feel he has a right to say that to me.  PEACE (ALL)!

Yeah....we's talkin' about a wittle "smart-butt." HAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!

What happened to all the "keep out of my thread" messages? Fact is you "discuss" nothing. As I have said numerous times, I am a Maiden fan. Look at my pic to figure that one out. I honestly just think that their material since "Fear" SUCKS! Plain and simple save for the few songs I mentioned. Bud can't see that even your message to him was antagonistic, well, that is his call. I see you have all of three friends. Hardly seems like you are trying to get along to me.

Just one person's opinion. Then again, I guess I should stick to posting rap in the travel thread. LOL!!!!! Troll.   [Show/Hide Quoted Message] (Quoting Message by Brian_Evans from Sunday, April 25, 2010 12:13:12 PM)

Dude, you make a good point, honestly. I said I could be wrong and I'm willing to listen.
I truly believe in the beginning that you were getting pummeled just for liking Maiden. I
told you that privately and I even tried to defend you openly. I did turn on you and (maybe)
that was wrong. Here's the thing, you do not seem to be making any effort to actually get
along on this site. As much as you may have a right to, try to stop swinging back so much.
I came here with a less than pleasant entrance and I started doing the same things you are.
The thing is, I want to be a part of this site and I want to get along. I apologized, even if not
necessarily required, and I made an effort to fit in. The people here really seem to lighten up
once they realize you want to be here, not just cause trouble here. I'm not saying everyone
likes me now or that everyone will like you but I seem to be getting along just fine. Make some
posts about something other than Iron Maiden and avoid antagonizing for awhile and see if
people back off. I'm willing to bet they will. There is one person who rides you pretty hard and
he may never come around but there is more to this site than one person. In no way do you
have to appease me but you are still here so maybe you do want to be a part of this site. Unless
everyone is correct and you're only here to cause trouble, try a different approach. When you
talk to me you make sense, try it with others. I truly believe people will lighten up. Peace!

Iron Maiden drools. There. How's that?

We can have all an IRON MAIDEN AND JUDAS PRIEST  discussion here ,if people act like adults and not like children. IMO.
[spapad] Sunday, April 25, 2010 11:58:55 AM

Bud, have you ever tried to reason with a rock? That is pretty much what talking to this person is like.  Even his reply to you is antagonistic. I would personally rather roll in poison ivy than attempt any conversation with him.

[Brian_Evans] Sunday, April 25, 2010 11:43:28 AM
Ok Budred, if you want to call me out as an antagonist then fine. But if you are going to call me out then you should call out the others on here that do the same thing. Are you afraid to? I think you know who I'm talking about but if not just read back in this thread. And yes that includes the little smart-butt a couple post down. Not sure where I have "attacked" anyone on here but if thats the way you see it then fine. Now lets just forget about the backstabbing thing but your opinions about this place and people on here seem to be different in the private messages you have sent to me in the past.Thats just the way I see it. And I'll try to post more about Priest.   [Show/Hide Quoted Message] (Quoting Message by Budred from Sunday, April 25, 2010 6:52:01 AM)

You know, I really felt bad about (stabbing) you in the back so I refrained from
posting here because of it, but it's becoming apparent why you're here. Obviously it's
to antagonize. You do not participate in any of the threads unless it's to attack. You
almost never say anything about the Priest and you only post Maiden videos knowing
this is a Priest site and probably angers the Priest die-hards. If I am wrong (and I can be)
why don't you just start participating with others instead of trying to irk them. I would
be glad to communicate and discuss things with you but I don't believe that's why you're here.
I took you're side in the beginning with no intent to (backstab). You're actions changed my
views of you. P.M. me to tell me why I may be wrong or state it in the open. Peace!

25 years into their career Iron Maiden were still cranking out classisc quality matal like "The Nomad" from the excellent Brave New World album.

UP THE IRONS!!!!!

Iron Maiden is one of the best live bands of all time. Excellent live shows.

[eddie_ead] Friday, April 16, 2010 5:37:03 AM
In case of Mauden there was a clear motivation - they needed to find a place for both Adrian and Janick on board.
But who could be the third guitarist for Priest, even theoretically? No one in the universe, for sure,

"Brave New World" featuring the new three guitar attack.

[Vaillant 3.0] Sunday, April 11, 2010 10:36:32 PM
Hey, you specifically mentioned the three guitarists and how they are supposedly better than Motorhead. If you're going to add a pic at least make it related to the subject. All I'm sayin'. ;)

Now. The day I hear that JP adds a third guitarist is the day I bury my hands into my face and cry. To add a third guitarist will mean the end of the Twin-Axe Attack, IMO, and I'd rather not see it happen, not now, not ever.

Just my two cents.
[Brian_Evans] Sunday, April 11, 2010 8:55:34 PM
While we are on the subject of three quitar attack maybe Priest should add another guitarist and bring in some new blood. Maybe this would take them back to a more classic Priest sound instead of this Nostradamus metal. IT would add a new dimension to their live show also.

lol at vaillant 3.0!!!!!

Hey 3.0, i knew the pic didn't have Janick in it so there is no error. The pic. wasn't ment to convey anything but Maiden. You're just being "nitpicky" like a certain other member in here. rofl!!  So watch it.
[Vaillant 3.0] Sunday, April 11, 2010 11:55:46 AM
HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry. Just trying to point out the error in your pic. I mean, even though Mr. Harris is wielding a guitar-like instrument, it is obviously not a guitar, since it only has four thick strings and the neck is slightly longer. In addition, Mr. Harris does not play it with a pick but rather with his fingers.

Now HERE is the "three-guitar attack" that you wanted to convey. Heheh. Feel free to use it for future posts.

To me Maiden are just the commercial front of metal - i remember em when they had guts/attitude...after Bruce left all i could do was gag...Bayley was a complete amateur....and i really don't think they ever got the 'mojo' back....(Just my opinion).

Metal guitarist. I am a huge Heavy Metal fan. Fav. bands are Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, Dio. I also like Southern Rock. Molly Hatchet, Blackfoot ect.

You never speak of Priest.
[Brian_Evans] Thursday, April 01, 2010 1:00:11 PM
There are lots of threads on this site that have nothing to do with Priest (Vacation/Travel) and two people can have the same name, why is that so hard to unterstand? I'm here to stay so you might as well get use to it. You can put me and this thread on ignore and that would solve any problems, or you can contribute to the thread and list your top ten Maiden albums. lol!  Think about it.   [Show/Hide Quoted Message] (Quoting Message by Deep Freeze from Thursday, April 01, 2010 11:18:27 AM)

If I may I would like to make my opinion on Iron Maiden. They only have a few albums I like to listen from beginning to end: Piece of Mind, Powerslave, The Number of the Beast and Brave New World. Iron Maiden and Killers I like but I only listen at certain times. Somewhere in Time has half good, half not so good songs. Seventh Son of a Seventh Son has only a couple of tracks I dig. No Prayer for the Dying is meh throughout. Fear of the Dark is also meh with only the title track standing out. The X Factor and Virtual XI both suck. Dance of Death is disappointing and A Matter of Life and Death as well if not more so. They are good but not spectacular in my mind. Judas Priest will always be #1 in my book for their albums are great from start to finish (except the Ripper era albums). So for everyone ROCK HARD AND RIDE FREE FOR THE MIGHTY PRIEST!!!

[Deep Freeze] Thursday, April 01, 2010 11:18:27 AM
So very well said, Guido. What this "person" is, quite simply, is a CYBER-TROLL. Nothing more, nothing less. His intent is to antagonize.  He is one of the lowest forms of life and certainly much worse than a "waste of skin".  When confronted, it is always the same song; "It's not ME, it's YOU". "This is a PUBLIC forum"..yadda yadda. The all too familiar refrain of the Cyber-Troll. He is as transparent as his obvious theft of another member's screen name.

I guess my biggest lament is that we actually have regular members here that are willing to engage this cretin over and over. THAT is so sad. He does nothing but bring them down to his level and that is a shame. Not much more we can say about it, huh?

You will never get an intelligent response from a troll. He is incapable of it. He will look to start trouble so long as there are those that will respond.  (Oh wait, WHAT could POSSIBLY be wrong with howling over and over about Iron Maiden on a JUDAS PRIEST site???) Riiiiight. EVERYONE else is wrong and HE is right! I should have known!  MY mistake.....

The sooner we ALL ignore his idiocy, the sooner he will leave and find yet ANOTHER site to disturb. That is what they do. That is what they are. He is NO different than ANY of the multitude that have come before him.  You all remember them. They will always infest. They are a cancer. Unfortunately, there always seems to be one or two among us that keep them around. But sooner or later, Murray will operate and remove their tumorous existence.
