While I can't get most games here without paying extra (and, heck, who but old people sit around to watch baseball every day anyway?...HAAA!!), the Tigers didn't have it going from the get-go. Ah well, them's the breaks. At least someone (you!) might remember the very first "JP roaming necklace" pic I ever posted. World Series with me and Mikey at the World Series in 2006. Yeah, lost then too...

Forgive me for pointing out the obvious but, the Detroit Tigers (as we know them) did not even show up for this Series. Dominated on every level AND missed every real break. Pitchers were weak, hitters did not deliver, defense refused to execute.
REALLY was rooting for them. My condolences to my dear friend Guido. I am sure you are in a "funk" over this. Such a GREAT season they had!! Shame they could not carry that momentum into this "big dance". |
