Thanks Vail. No the festival was a long time and no longer exists. Litlle bit of info from this show way back in 1981 in Downtown NYC, Iron Maiden was scheduled to warm up for Priest but postponed. It was also a known that Miaden used to show up at Priest sounchecks to show them up for whatever reason as a sort of intimidation to let them know they were the better band...LOL Hardly (Mr. Brian Evans). Ooh, I like that pic! I wonder if that Dr. Pepper festival still exists...
I liked your concert review, Maple. Glad to see you had a great time!

On one of the final crowd shots we see the Ferris Wheel in the background from Victoria Park which is where the "High Voltage" festival was filmed this summer.
I remember that most bands were sellig live concert discs which could be picked up after the show that night. But Priest was not selling theirs. Hopefully we have the DVD coming as Glenn Mentioned in an interview!!!
Also...check out Rob's red JP cross pendant thingie!

There must be an old-timers vs whippersnappers battle going on in the tour bus. Richie and Scott with their nerf footballs and lightsabers, Rob, Glenn and Ian with their canes and multivitamin pills. Also, I find it absolutely hilarious that Richie is such a huge fan of Star Wars.
That's his Unleashed in the East Pose! Love it! Thanks for the info about flicker. I'll look into trying to get some photos there. Not tonight, but later.
