Looks like Cotton ball trees! We have some dwarf cherries around the neighborhood and when they bloom they look like that but their branches droop like weeping willows, if I think to do so I'll take a shot of them when they bloom.

Still got dead twiggy trees around here but that will change soon. I love to watch the progress of spring around here. Everyday I head towards the East River Mountain Tunnel and it's not offically warm here until the green goes all the way to the top of the mountain, it will take till around the end of April.
