I saw on the Intro thread: Tour 2008 a guy had mentioned he saw Priest in Seattle recently and they included Grinder. Any confirmations on this to the setlist? Anyone?

Hah..
Jason, (Before The Rage), is goin' to the same concert.
I've been txtin' him about it.

Trust me, you definetly want to see this concert.

Setlist is the same throughout this US tour, too...

Judas Fucking Priest, 39 years strong, and going to forge more Heavy Metal in the future.

That was aboslutly amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of THEE best fucking 'Priest concerts I've ever seen.

I was near the middle of the crowd on the floor.. Then by the time Breaking The Law came about, I was in the front row.
That was the greatest time ever.

i gotta sore neck from headbangin', no voice left.. and I wouldn't have it any other way.
Oh yeah, I got to shake Rob & Scott's hand's . . .And got Scott's sticks.

This was the ultimate concert. :)
(Down side was the opening act.. WAS planned to be Metal Church, but turned out to be a diff. band . .  )

Sinner was fucking amazing, too.

Long live the Priest Beast!

Can't wait to see 'em again soon!

SINNER is honestly one of the only songs to make me even consider the cost in both time and $ of driving 10+ hours one direction and turning around and doing the same the thing the following weekend. Seen it before many a time but SINNNNNAAAAAHHHH is my song. Glad to see such + reviews.

Good to hear from everyone seen/seeing Priest in the Canada & States as well as Europe. Any new additions to the setlist please post. I was kinda wishing for Wheels of Fire recently from AOR being added. Anyway, Great Selist Priest, heard Sinner is tight. Love that this staple is back in the setlist. Sinnah Sinnah Sinner. MSyrup

Saw them last night in Saskatoon with my 9 year old son.  They are sounding extremely tight.  An awesome set list as stated before (my son wanted to hear Desert Plains).  KK's shredding on The Sinner was amazing.  Anybody on the fence about seeing this concert should go.  You won't regret it.

the set list at monsters of rock was shorter, I think they dumped 2 or three songs.  hopefully thats not what they do at monsters.

Seattle, WA - Setlist 07/22/08: (From Metalsetlist.com). MSyrup

Hi All,

First time poster, long time lurker. Priest started their U.S. tour in Seattle tonight...

Two Words: Fucking Epic!
Three Words: Kept European Setlist!
Four Words: Better than Iron Maiden!

I know, I know - that last comment will probably generate some controversy. But hey, I've seen both bands plenty of times going back 20+ years and this gig was the best Priest gig I think I have ever seen (and that's a bold statement). Here's the particulars:

01. Dawn of Creation
02. Prophecy
03. Metal Gods
04. EAT ME ALIVE
05. Between the Hammer & the Anvil
06. Devil's Child
07. Breaking the Law
08. Hell Patrol
09. Death
10. DISSIDENT FUCKING AGGRESSOR
11. Angel
12. The Hellion/Electric Eye
13. Rock Hard, Ride Free
14. SINNER
15. Painkiller
----------------
16. Hell Bent for Leather
17. THE GREEN MANALISHI
18. You've Got Another Thing Coming

A dream setlist to be sure. I'll be interested to see if Priest keeps this whole set on the "Metal Masters" tour. This is a must see show - don't let it pass you by...

I like that setlist alot.  Manalishi is one of my favorite Priest tunes and I want to see how Scott plays it (the Rising In the East DVD is cutting the mustard for me).

I dont think we'll get Green Manalishi in the States. IMO: Figure on 18-19 Songs for the Canada/US (JP plays more songs in Europe & Asia). OK No: SWOD (??), Stained Class, POE, RID, Turbo... on this tour..but I like the set list. Thank you Priest!
