All very good ideas, my dear. I hold no particular aversion to saving energy. I really do not. As I mentioned, we did our part and it was no big deal. I was asleep anyway! Well now, as much as I despise the remarkably self-righteous attitudes of some regarding all this green nonsense, I do want to publicly admit that the Princess and I did participate last night. As a matter of fact, we went a step above and disconnected everything but the 'fridge! Even the clock radio was off for the night. We lit a candle for a while and then she took out her little reading lamp and read a book while I went to sleep.
I have no problem doing some things to help out but it can be rather sickening to read some of the garbage people write about others simply because they have a different opinion.

One of my fav lines is when Nigel is in the bath (all having shared water, of course). Rick busts in and asks if it is really necessary to have the light on. "What are you going to do, photosynthesize?!!?" Ho ho! Too funny!!
