Yes, yes, yes, your right. Alien Resurrection was really good. i didn't like 3 too well because, well ..everyone died.
Speaking of dying; I am just dying to get a bowling league together and head to GA. Nope. Public place, public shoes, public balls, not to mention the "hand dryer" that probably blows god knows what alll over your hands............what could possibly go wrong?
HB, nothing says work from home quite like taking a dump during a zoom meeting. LOL Now go throw out those VHS tapes.
Oh, I am beginning to LOATHE Zoom!!! Gawd. Amazing how people can be as irritating there as they are in "real-life" meetings! HAAAA! In groups? I just put on my mute...occupy myself with looking at the backgrounds of people there...heh.. ANYTHING to pass the time.
Alien! Great! AlienS (it wasn't called "Aliens 2"), Aliens 3. Great too! Ya know? I liked Alien Resurrection that I caught on TV a while ago and ended up renting it...back when you could find a place to rent movies / dvds. Got 'em all. Even the last one. What was it? One with the dude singing about TN? Covenant! Might have to watch THAT one again.
So, who is up for going bowling in Atlanta? How 'bout we all get tattoos there afterwards?? To commemorate COVID-19!!

Ah, so you watched Alien. Good movie. In my opinion while Alien is of course great and without one there is no two, but Aliens the second movie is the best. Sigoury kicks serious ass! Lots more action than Alien 1. I think I might get that out and watch it today.

Spa, regarding Ghost Adventures? Yeah, Zak and co were obnoxious those first few seasons. Now there's just too many people in the "crew", and too many regular houses being investigated now. Guess there are too many suckers out there that don't know how a ouija board works. Kinda disappointing now.
Ah, well. There's always the....20 movies or so that I recorded on my DVR. I watched Alien last night, for example. First time. Awesome!!!
My brother had a guy on a zoom call hide his picture, mute his audio for about 5 min. when he asked the guy what he was doing he admited in text that he took the phone with him to take a dump.
what a time to be alive.
I was just looking at my alien VHS collection. should see if they are on netflix. I dont have a vcr, heck I dont even have a dvd player anymore.
glad to see you are all holding down the fort.

Hey HB! Good to see you. Good luck eagle spoting at the cabin. I get excited just like a kid when I see them flying along the creek. Last year was the first time I spoted them down here so I was glad to see them come back.
good to see you all again. HB here, giving you your Alberta report
no curfew here. I am still working, going to the office, where nothing is as it was, but what can you do....
Spa, glad to hear your eagles are back. I am going to head off this weekend to see if the eagles at my brothers cabin are still there. not really supposed to go, but shhhh. I doubt the health authorities monitor this page

Not EXACTLY here but the county seat. 10-15 minutes away, IOW. Don't know why, exactly. Hell, the Walmart is closer to me and, if I don't need to renew my driver's license or be called up for jury duty (last time I was there, actually...$11 day! Opá! I see K.K. has formed "K.K.'s Priest" with Owens and Les Binks,Im glad for those who are excited about this,K.K. will always be my guitar hero under Glenn that is and always love what he brought us.
For me I've always hated Owens and Jugulator and Demolition too, just my opinion. But again im glad K.K. is happy again. As far as this new album coming from them ...im sure it will please Jugulator and Demolition fans but in no way shape or form imo can it touch Judas Priest in the studio these days.
Redeemer Of Souls and Firepower are extremly classic records that if were released in 1986 and 1988 instead of Turbo and Ram It Down, they would be worshiped as ultra heavy metal classics and actually would of bridged a streak of top notch albums from British Steel to Painkiller. If you take Jugulator and Demolition and release them in 86 and 88 they would be looked at as worse than Turbo or Ram It Down.
Today's opinions of music is sooooooo picky ... in the 80's you have an obvious lame record,or inbetween or kick ass. These albums all could of been recorded a tiny bit "better" maybe mixed a tiny bit better maybe but in the 80's did we even bring up production?? Not that I can recall,at all. Did anyone gripe about Defenders of The Faith, although one of the best albums I get THAT but its not nearly as heavy as British Steel or Screaming For Vengeance production, sound wise if you really think about it and if released today it would be bashed heavily...but did anyone bitch about it? No.
Yet in today's era Priest releases Firepower and although its gotten more positive reviews than negative its still scoffed at with flaws of some sort, with Glenn playing solos on half the album with harmonies the other and his song writting is all over it. Rob,Glenn,Ian,Scott and Ritchie on studio IS JUDAS PRIEST. It just floors me people have the gull to question Firepower. Edited at: Friday, February 21, 2020 3:06:27 PM
