I agree....don't bother with "The Happening." I fell asleep within the first 30 minutes. Might try again but so far, not impressed in the least.
No the "Orphanage" was actually quite good. Not a slasher flick, no Saw-like gore but more the Hitchcock style of suspense / horror. Interesting camera angles, spooky noises, soundtrack and scenery builds quite nicely to a pretty cool ending. Give THAT a shot instead. Heck, you'll improve your Spanish if nothing more!

Oh my god! I think I saw that with a friend in or around 6th grade! What was the name of the actor who played the Vanhelsing role? Can see him in my mind.....
Ah.............never mind, just remembered. Richard Benjamin, anyway, he was funny in that movie!

Kinda like "Love at First Bite." Remember that one? Dracula (aka. George Hamilton) was pretty damn funny as vampire! Loved it when he bites the wino. "Vat vaz that man drinkink?!" LOL!

| Finally seen Rob Zombie's Halloween, crap that was a good movie. It almost make me sorry for Michael.. I like the way he did the movie, showing parts of Michael's childhood. Very cool movie! |
