I agree. What a find! In a store?!? WOW!!! Only reason I say to watch out. Those are rare. Look on eBay. Rarely will you find one. Copies, yes. That is an original. I can see it from the marks in the photo.
"Blessing", indeed! I wish I were so damn lucky. The Metal God came shining down on you, to be sure! [Show/Hide Quoted Message](Quoting Message by Vaillant 3.0 from Friday, February 19, 2010 10:58:36 PM)

Actually, I already know a place nearby that does custom framing (it's called The Paint Chip...art supplies store). I'll have to start counting my pennies tonight to see if I really can get it framed. Hmmmm. We shall see.
It was a blessing from the Metal Gods, I tell ya. It's so freakin' beautiful up close.

Well...let's just say that you have to feed it through a roller that will fold it the other way and then have it glued to a mat + frame.
It could be cheap if you just had it rolled. Look around your area. If I can have it done here by a bunch of places (in the middle of nowhere) you can certainly find places there in sunny CA. Watch the tape, watch the pushpins (keep them to the edges, look at mine and how the framing fits). That is a treasure. Enjoy it!
What a present to yourself! I repeat. I LOVE it!
