That is FANTASTIC news Becks!! Sounds like they got the clot busters in quickly so that it limited the damage. Very good sign that he is already talking much better. I hope he continues to improve and hopefully he will be back to himself in no time. [Show/Hide Quoted Message] (Quoting Message by Becks from Friday, October 01, 2010 8:53:15 PM) | | Becks wrote: | | Thanks for the kind words Spa. I heard today he is talking much better already, so great news! | | spapad wrote: | | If he can let his emotion come with the words, chances are he will be just fine.
Checking in late, not supposed to be typing. But for this, I want to give you hope and to encourage him to get those pistons firing. Therapy is great for this, and I hope to hear he gets back to snuff.
Now, by all................Can type no more... | | Becks wrote: | | Thanks Spa, HB. I just spoke to my mum and Grandad has had a MRI and a heart scan, no results yet though. He is alert and trying to talk but getting frustrated so he is getting out words like 'shit!' LOL!!! | | spapad wrote: | | I'll be keeping your Dad and Craig in my prayers Becks. So sorry. Lets hope the Doc's got the right anticlots running fast enough and he will regain his strength in therapy. It won't come back right away but if he got there early, which it sounds like he did, then the chances are really good. | | Becks wrote: | | Cheers guys, mum is keeping me informed. He's having tests done now, he's conscious but can't talk (the only word he can say properly is NO, lol), his right side is shaky etc, and he looks really vacant apparently. Waiting to hear more news soon.
Vail - Craig is gone for 6 months this time. That's standard deployment length for the NZ army etc. |

Aww hell yeah dude. I'll be sure to put a complete review of the whole concert ASAP. Most likely when I get back to work on Monday for Sunday will be to recuperate and watch PPV Wrestling on TV. theatrical. Lots of fire, explosions, video monitors, and assorted creatures walking out on stage.

I'm curious as to what you thought of him.
