The first time I saw Ac/Dc was 1978. I thought they opened up for Cheap Trick
with the Dictators opening up for them. I lost my first 18 ticket stubs and my
memory is a little fuzzy. I was trying to research the order of the bands and saw
that Cheap Trick was listed as openers for them.
Did any one here see that tour and or remember the order of the line-up?
I think it was the Powerage tour? |

I agree. When you put out an album just put the fuckin thing out. Re-releases, and bonus tracks and alternate takes an all this other shit is really annoying. The re-release of the re-release of British Steel is a classic example.

The albums provided answers to mysteries the previous releases created, and the timeliness of the story in today's world were guaranteed to keep people thinking and guessing. Iced Earth: Box Of the Wicked
ICED EARTH's "Box Of The Wicked" will be released in Europe on April 26 (three days earlier in Germany) and May 18 in the U.S. via SPV/Steamhammer Records. The set is limited to 10,000 copies worldwide.

The concert showcases material from all five EXTREME albums and exhibits the band's broad stylistic abilities. Features include a blistering rendition of the LED ZEPPELIN-minded "Comfortably Dumb", the scorching "Play With Me", the funked-up "Cupid's Dead" as well as the anthemic "Get The Funk Out". Songs like EXTREME's #1 hit "More Than Words" and the Top 5 single "Hole Hearted" highlight the crowds enthusiasm and loyal support their fan base has had for this beloved foursome.
"As much as we enjoy recording, for me, I've always loved playing live for the fans," Cherone says. "We couldn't wait to get out there and play for our fans."
The DVD will contain four unreleased bonus videos from "Saudades de Rock" — "King of the Ladies", "Interface", "Run" and "Ghost". The clips were produced by Nuno Bettencourt.
"This DVD/CD is a culmination of all the years we played together and the chemistry the four of us put out live," explains Bettencourt.

Though now I come to think on it, maybe this will give them a much-needed musical change of direction for the new album. Ultra Beatdown was okay, but it was just a watered-down version of Inhuman Rampage. I'm still a little shocked though. I'm sure they can find a good singer, but can they find someone with the same onstage attitude? The best thing about DF gigs (when they're not too drunk to play properly!) is that they have a feel-good, not-very-serious atmosphere, more like a party than a concert. I don't want them to lose that.

I can only hope this isn't true. (I can't find it anywhere else). Dragonforce can never be Dragonforce without ZP. Dunno if I could face seeing them live without him. It would be the end of an era, and a very depressing end too.
