I would've expected stupidity to happen here in AZ, though it wouldn't help in any case considering how seemingly cruel and thoughtless this idea was.

Jeez...isn't that a leettle too much? A 3D fake kid running out in front of a driver?? Even as a bike-rider I'd swerve out of control. Guess the good news here is that it's only temporary.
